Car experienced severe hail damage in March hail storm. Dealership wanted to remove top of truck and hood. The dealership estimated about a 2- month time frame for repair. A friend had used Fix - A - Dent on his daughter's car and he urged me several times to try them out. I was reluctant because the dealership was going to cover most of my $1000 deductible. What a great company. I want to tell the world about Fix-A-Dent. Someone backed into my rear bumper (2010 Honda Accord). I drove by this place off RR620 in Lakeway. I met Melissa one of the owner and showed her the damage. She looked at my car, the quote was $150.00 and would take several hours. Bingo... the previous bid was $850-$900 to replace the bumper. My car is a sedan and is lower on the road than an SUV and when I tried to park my car, it went over the curb and then when I backed out, it pulled my bumper away from my car. Fix-A-Dent fixed my car in less than 30 minutes and didn't even want to charge me but I insisted on giving them something because every other car repair shop wanted to replace the entire bumper. I was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler truck and my brand new 2022 Kia soul needed the entire back rear replaced. I've used Fix-A-Dent's services on two occasions and was delighted with the results both times. They are very customer-oriented and do great work for MUCH less than other body shops I've been to. In one case, they suggested I could save money by purchasing a body part on Amazon and they would install it for me. In another case, they quoted me three optional price levels for a dent/scratch repair so I could choose my own cost/benefit result depending on how the final appearance would look.
