So that tells me they over tightened my lugs with an impact gun. Instead of tightening them to specs. I've called them to help resolve my issue. Did not return any of my calls. Both tires cannot be removed because of the bolts one broken and the other lug will not come off. So not only do they lack in CS they over charge, and they will strip your lug down and bolts will be broken. The one day turn around service isn't so great when the overall of your cars care is just ruined. Don't go here if you don't have a man to take the lead on not being taken advantage of. Women have no place or voice here in the south. Go some place else.

They explained the $600 increase saying they had to find and fix a short. I don't know what their hourly rate is but let's say it's $100/hour...does it take 6 hours to find a short???
