DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I paid without seeing my car and I regret it. The car is still filthy. My radio is sticky and dusty and the dashboard has crumbs and there is still dust on my steering wheel. On top of it, they messed up my window tint in 6 places on two windows. Not only did I have to pay an outrageous amount for a terrible job, I have to pay to get my windows fixed too. Do not go here! They damaged my car horribly. I had beautiful chrome inside my Lincoln, they used cleaner that removed all the lustre from the chrome leaving it dull and grey instead of shiny and silver. The worst part was dealing with the owner, he was nothing more than a foul mouthed rude, immature and unprofessional. He admitted they screwed up but then when I wanted my money back he backpedalled and decided to call me names. read more

Took our F150 in for an interior detailing and basic exterior wash. We were thrilled to find a pair of Airpods in the cupholder that they found that we lost 9 months earlier. Car was very dirty from hunting and kids sports season. Truck looks amazing. So clean on the inside. And the outside looks amazing from their hand wash. My son didn't even recognize it as our truck when we pulled up to pick him up. We were told if there was anything that we saw that was missed, to be sure to bring it back. Nothing was missed! But I like that they would say that. For the price, no reason not to treat ourselves every once in a while to a new car. read more

They assured me that they could fully remove the interior smoke smell with a full detail on a used car we purchased. The only thing that would remain would be a slight chemical smell for a few days. Wrong.. Now I have a mixture of smoke and chemical smell left and part of the interior not even cleaned (glovebox, storage areas, 1/2 clean trunk area). To top it off they sucked up 1/2 the carpeting covering the back speaker, ripped my bulkhead by my back window on the ceiling of the car and one of the employees ran the car into a cement pillar denting and cracking my front bumper in the parking lot. The only reason we knew that is because we looked the car over in the lot before going inside and it was still parked on the cement block. An apology and acceptance of responsibility may have helped but instead it was try and pass the buck (no one wanted to take responsibility because the employee that had moved the car to the lot was not there). The owner seemed to be more worried about back peddling and passing the buck than a simple I'm sorry. Accusing me of having an attitude (hello, my car just got ran into a cement pillar of course I'm angry), asking me "who do you think you are? Do you think your someone special?" No I do not.... But I am your customer and that was very poor customer service. At the end of the day it took tooth and nail to get him to write out the fact that they were responsible and agree to get it repaired at a collision shop (which I manipulated my time to take to and from). Never was there an apology, and we paid full price for the detail $150.00. Good riddance- was never happier to walk out a door!!! read more

Not satisfied. Car was to be detailed had for four days, was picked up: straw wrapper under seat, pen on side of seat, cigarette ashes and crumbs still in car on seat and floor, stain in carpet. Dirt still in change holes, exterior wax job terrible. Was it worth the $125...No! I would not recommend this place to anyone. My child could have done a better job. They do a good job in terms of cleaning , but if you happen to get your vehicle scratched at a car wash, they can't get them out very well. Flawless in Lincoln Park was able to significantly eliminate the scratches. read more

As part of a 'hood repair job' on my 1950 Mercury, I asked the collision shop to also get the car wheeled out. It's a black car and I was very happy with the [exterior only] detail job. I'm glad that Downriver Auto Detailing was chosen to do the work. read more

Pretty disappointed. First i scheduled to have a full detail and window tinting done on my car. I made an appointment 7 days in advance of dropping the car off. Went to pick up my car and the window tint wasn't even done. They outsource their tinting work and the guy never showed for the appointment. Then the guy proceeded to tell me that the window tinting guy is unreliable and always comes in with a bad attitude. Not a good start....on to the detail work. for $125 (engine bay not included) the car looked like it was wiped down with a dry cloth on the inside and nothing more. Barely vacuumed (dirt and degree behind the gas and break pedal still), streak marks everywhere, on seats, trim, and windows. Didn't even smell like any cleaner was used on the inside. They claimed to use leather treatment but seats were just as dull when it came out as when it went in. The outside of the car was ok but didn't fully clay the car as there was tar marks still on the front, the emblems were still dirty and smudged. The weather tech liners weren't even cleaned with a plastic cleaner. They looked sprayed off and that was it, still had dirt marks all over them. Overall really disappointed with the service for the price. I've seen better work from A&T car wash for $30. Took a whole day off work to get all this done as a birthday present for my wife. Don't waste your time or your money. read more

wish i would of checked out yelp first. had my truck for 4 hours looked like a 10 year old washed it.came 3 hours later still wasn't clean .talked to Jay didn't like me pointing out dirty spots told him a 16 year old would do better .started yelling at me said i was talking to him like a kid started walking away from me and told me to go FUCK OFF and wait for the boss to get here. found out he is the owner. i wouldn't tell anybody to go there .stay away from down river auto detailing read more
