I had my windshield replaced this morning and they did a great job. I had an estimate elsewhere and they gave me a better quote. I waited in the shop for them to finish, but I first asked how long it would take, and he said about an hour. It was done and I was pulling out of the parking lot 30 minutes later. I got a crack on my windshield on the expressway and because of the weather fluctuating so much this year the crack went from the side all the way to the middle. Gino took care of me!!! I got my windshield replaced and my windows tinted all in the same day. They were super nice and gave me a great price. A lot of other places I would get the run around with prices and schedules but this was very professional and right on point! I really liked that they offered samples that were hung on the wall to see the different levels of tint where other places would just tell you "about what it would look like " or some number that meant nothing to me. My first experience with them was okay at best. I had a 2013 Escape windshield replaced that whistled on the highway. Pretty annoying. Oh well, it was cheap and they were nice. I figured I'd give them a second chance since I live a few blocks away. I walked in and their front glass door is smashed. Not a great look for a glass company. I hear some people shooting the shit in the back while working on a car. I tried to make myself noticed and I waited a few minutes for someone to greet me or say I'll be right there, anything. No one ever came so I went elsewhere and had a great experience. Don't bother with this place. You get what you pay for. read more

This place only gets three stars because they are cheap. I called three times and was given three quotes for my car. Glass is glass. When they did my Moms car they left broken glass in the back seat, they left my car smelling like an ashtray. I got the car back with the seat still moved all the way back and the heat on full blast vent(( which i never use)....but hey get what you pay for. read more

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received on my automobile in the entirety. I took in my Jaguar to replace a cracked windshield, an hour out of my way to this crummy place. The replacement was $200, reasonable. They discovered a rusted hole underneath on the frame of my windshield and said it was going to be another $200 dollars, okay a little over priced but they claimed it was mandatory to fix. My car wasn't ready for three days because the only "technician" was not in. When I picked it up I thought the windshield was not properly placed properly because my windshield wiper was not aligned AT ALL on the surface. They said it was because I needed to purchase a new windshield wiper (jags only have one so they are very expensive and hard to find). I did. And the same problem existed. Also they claimed that my rear-view mirror a little off when I dropped off the car, which I had never had a problem before with it in the 10 years I owned the car. I received the car back with literally black puddy that stuck my mirror in place. Within a day my mirror was dangling down to the glove apartment. I immediately call them and they said to have me take my car back in, an hour away. I wait two hours during work hours to have them tell me that there was nothing they could do to fix my mirror besides having it held up by a peg, which they did, which was immobile and not anywhere in my view range. I notified the "only technician" that, and he guaranteed me that the owner, JOHN, was already searching for new mirrors for me and that they would call and fix it as soon as possible. Okay I thought, I can live looking over my shoulder for a few days. WEEKS go by, without any call. So I call and talk to John about when they thought they would have my replacement ready because it was becoming very hazardous with my current driving situation. He very rudely claimed that he had never looked for the part I needed and it was MY fault that the rear-view mirror was not properly functional. I assured him that his technician explained to me that they would get a replacement right away (At this point I wouldn't have cared if I would have to pay for the part or not it was just a matter of getting it fixed). He again sounded dumbfounded and said that he didn't know which technician I was speaking of and that they could not give advice or authorization to customers, after he told me originally that there was only one that would be able to operate on my fixture. I would ask questions and he would reply snobbishly back as if he didn't know what I was speaking of. Talked back to me in a terrible manor not even remotely worried about my position or to see if there was any other way that he could provide service to me. I had a remote start put in my car on Dec. 30, 2013, on Jan. 8, 2014 it no longer worked. My stories begins on December 30. At first, I was really pleased. I spoke to Gino a worker there and he was extremely helpful. I took my car in as requested at 8:30 am in the morning. I called at 3:30 pm that afternoon for an update and spoke to John and like Brittney S. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for an update he said in a very rude tone that he could not give me an estimate of when it would get done as it was hard to tell with remote starts. Then he followed up with "well we close at 5:30 pm" implying that the car would at least be done by then. He said he would call and then hung up on me. 5:15 pm and no call to my cell phone. It takes me 20 minutes to drive out there and because I wondered after John's rudeness if he would really call I left at 5:00 pm intending to wait until it was done so that I could at least be in the building before it closed. When I arrived at 5:20 pm, John was not even there. So he never had any intention of calling me. Thankfully, Gino was still there and just finishing up my car. I left at 5:45 pm. I really like Gino as he was extremely helpful. However, 8 days later my remote starter no longer worked I called and left a message for John the owner to call me back to schedule a time to have my car looked at. He never called back. After I am finished writing this review, I will be heading over there. I believe this is the only way to have this looked at. John has the worst customer service! John is terrible. For this I would never recommend anyone go here. I would have given this zero stars if it let me do this. Terrible customer service from the owner even if his worker is better. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will write if they fix my remote starter or not! Paid $250 for this to not work 8 days later!! I will be searching other places to see if I can post this review elsewhere to warn people off of this place. read more

I had them change two different windshields on my vehicles.In both instances they did a very professional job.They even offered to be the best deal after I called around.On one of the vehicles there was some corrosion around the windshield, they cleaned up the corrosion and added a primer to prevent further corrosion at no extra cost.
