There are evening cruise options which is seasonal. Restaurants deliver food by the boardwalk as well, which is something new. The harbor can get crowded and parking always gets tricky. The reason for the low rating is that the management does not value the money the franchises are giving them by using some of the money to keep up the grounds which includes security and managing the restrooms. Is there security, yes. Are they helpful, no. They either stand up as a group and chat or sit in their vehicle rather than patrolling the grounds and deterring bad behavior. Moreover, the restrooms are out of order, with no regular maintenance to ensure they stay clean and well stocked. (See pictures of how the men's restroom looked for the week of Black Friday and how much worse it got by the Christmas holidays.) I feel the store options in this mall is top quality, yet the management needs to pay more attention to keeping the grounds up which includes expectations for the security staff they hire. Do more for the people, Town East Mall management team? We deserve for our community similar events that North Park Mall and the Galleria offer their guests.

The red velvet cookies from Lorena's Cakes were soft, flavorful and delicious. I want more. Everything in the plaza is reasonably priced, and the entrepreneurs give service with a smile. Also a nice place to go on a date and star gaze. Lots of traffic here on the holidays like Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Juneteenth, and New Years. There's an arts center nearby, and I noticed several outdoor sculptures and art pieces that added a nice touch. The park itself has beautiful landscaping, including a pond with a fountain, a pavilion, and a playground with slides. During the event, the main stage performances were held at the pavilion, and there were many booths set up along the paved paths surrounding the pond and pavilion. There were even bubble tea trucks by the park, which was a fun bonus. I really enjoyed my time here. It's a great park that blends art and nature, and I hope it continues to be a vibrant part of the community!
