No pets, restrooms for customers only, tables reserved for 2 or more customers, no outside food, etc. I'm sympathetic to business owners trying to prevent customers from taking advantage in various ways, but these kinds of things set an unwelcoming tone that annoys me. If you don't show a little confidence that your customers are good people, they will feel your judgment.

The shop was a little cold and there was pretty loud Christian music playing on the tv so that can make it hard to work there. I have visited this location on several occasions as it is on my way to work so very convenient…read morehowever after many very unpleasant encounters/experiences with a certain employee named "Joy" (name on her name tag) I will be taking the extra time to go to the other Dunkin location on South St. This employee Joy will be standing outside extremely close to the gas pumps and the front entrance smoking cigarettes or if she happens to be the one behind the register she might take your order or she might just ignore you but either way you can expect the rudest customer service you have ever experienced!! On one occasion I watched her almost run a customer over with a big full trashcan. I couldn't believe what I saw!! On another occasion I was standing in line behind a customer ordering and Joy was at the register taking the order, the customer proceeded to ordered a breakfast sandwich and this Joy employee says "Imagine that" as she is rolling her eyes with a look of utter disgust on her face clearly showing how annoyed she was she had to make a breakfast sandwich and these are only a few of the incidents as I could keep going and going but I won't. As a local business owner myself who takes pride in the customer service we provide I am both appalled and baffled on how Dunkin Donuts can allow an employee to be this rude daily and she continues to keep her job! Then I think about how horrible she probably treats her coworkers if she treats the customers this way! Where is the management is my question?! I stumbled across this Starbucks earlier this week…read more It's in the older Gateway Plaza retail complex - right at the intersection of Route 55/U.S. 522 - one of the older shopping centers in FR that has seen more prosperous days. The ladies at the counter stated this Starbucks location is about 2 years old - the building used to house a bank. Lots of space inside to sit and enjoy your beverage and/or work. There is also seating outside. This location also has a Drive-Thru. I ordered a Grande Cold Brew with cream. Drink was strong and delicious! Service was good and staff was friendly! #Starbucks

They served limited number of freshly made sandwiches. A lot of the handmade drinks were not available. We got couple of donuts and few snack items. The cashier quickly did the checkout. She was very friendly working on the July 4th morning.
