When I contacted her in November, I was told the infrared sauna was temporarily down and to call back. After that, I never heard from her again. For a long time, the business listed itself as "temporarily closed," and now it appears to be completely out of business with no communication or resolution. This is extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, misleading. Selling packages and then failing to honor them or provide refunds is not acceptable.
