Don't risk it! 5) If you intend to give a tip, bring it with you (it may get wet) but there's a jar on the boat. Otherwise, you can tip them at the tent where you look at photos. 6) The ride will last about 15 minutes up in the air, but in our case, there was another group. So we were on the boat waiting while they were up in the air. 7) they will dunk you, no question! 8) Once you're back in shore, photos will be on iPads that they can give you the SD card or AirDrop them to you (for iPhone users). They're $30. Special thanks to our captain and operators Allen and Dakota! You guys were amazing. The ladies that ran the check-in and photos, great work, you gals are killing it!

We had so much fun parasailing and banana boating. It was the highlight of our trip. My kids LOVED…read moreit! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Captain Richard even calmed their nerves before going parasailing! It seems like most of the complaints on here are based on people trying to sit/swim in the area of the beach that's designated with signs for them to load and unload people onto the boats for parasailing and banana boating. This is a safety issue as you could get hit by a sea doo while they pick up and drop off. Kind of seems like common sense. Not sure why people are upset about their kids not being allowed to swim/play in this area, as it would be very dangerous. If you're in the area, you should definitely give this place a call. You won't regret it!

Went out to meet the actual boat, saw the previous group still in the sky. Turned around and went back to shore. Turned around and started heading back out. Suddenly told the mate on the boat was sick so we would not be going up. Staff acted as if this was somehow amusing, shrugged and laughed. Asked for a refund and left. An hour later, we see the same company up and running. Called and asked why we were not given the chance to wait and go up with new crew. Just plain rude response from person on phone. Told I could talk to the manager "later". When the manager called me back much later, his rudeness was even worse. I asked why my refund was only partial. He finally agreed he would refund the "nonrefundable" portion as I pointed out THEY were the ones who cancelled our trip. Then hung up on me. So much wrong with this scenario, almost all of which could have been fixed with a SIMPLE, SINCERE APOLOGY. Good customer service is important! I never write negative reviews and always believe in giving a business a chance to make things right. Epic fail here. Do better!

This was not conveyed over the phone at when I called at 11am or on the Groupon website. Just remember if a Groupon seems to good to be true it is. The staff was very rude, unprofessional, and clueless. Assuming this business relies on tourism and word of mouth the staff is in need of major retraining in order to remain in business. If I could give ZERO stars I would Fortunately there was enough time left in the day, so that we were able to leave and head to Crazy Sister Marina. The extra $400 we spent was well worth it. The staff was awesome and they will see us and the rest of the family tomorrow morning for the dolphin tour.

Wasn't sure what to expect as this was our first experience. The entire experience was AWESOME! You take a banana boat ride to the boat that you parasail off. The crew had an infectious fun spirit! The second visit we did the banana boat ride. Another AWESOME experience!! Thank you to Captains Mark and Nick and the crews for creating lasting memories. FYI-the banana boat ride is high adventure. Gave it 4 stars because it was a bit unorganized, plus there's always room for improvement.
