They automatically refunded only $290 of the $308 dollars. Yes it says there's a $0 processing fee refund, however THEY cancelled which they kept the additional $18. I emailed the twice, and called three times and they still have not answered their phone nor replied to my emails. DON'T waste your money or time.

We always ask for our guide, Chris, as he is super friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel safe as he looks out for the group, but there is plenty of time to zoom around on your own, too. It seems like most of the complaints on here are based on people trying to sit/swim in the area of the beach that's designated with signs for them to load and unload people onto the boats for parasailing and banana boating. This is a safety issue as you could get hit by a sea doo while they pick up and drop off. Kind of seems like common sense. Not sure why people are upset about their kids not being allowed to swim/play in this area, as it would be very dangerous. If you're in the area, you should definitely give this place a call. Told I could talk to the manager "later". When the manager called me back much later, his rudeness was even worse. I asked why my refund was only partial. He finally agreed he would refund the "nonrefundable" portion as I pointed out THEY were the ones who cancelled our trip. Then hung up on me. So much wrong with this scenario, almost all of which could have been fixed with a SIMPLE, SINCERE APOLOGY. Good customer service is important! I never write negative reviews and always believe in giving a business a chance to make things right. Epic fail here. Do better!

They picked up the Bike yesterday and I am a half hour away from the dealership so this is a significant gesture. I will update again once I have the motorcycle back I will make a final updated rating. I brought a 2006 Kawasaki 250 KLX in for new tires, plugs and an oil change. I was quoted $600 to $650. It seemed a bit steep but at $165 an hour labor charge the math seemed about right. I just got the bike back and now there is a fuel leak evidenced by the drips below the bike and the smell. In addition, there is a bolt that was left off and put in the saddle bag without informing me or any explanation. And to top it all off my total bill out the door was over $1022 after an estimate of 600 to $650. 57% over estimate seems like a problem to me.

However, you had it, you were told about it, you sent it home saying that it was in great shape, its worse now than ever, and you can't take another look at it??!!!. Wow, you're the reason that its sitting in the shed now.
