The only downside was that I could not taste the bourbon on my burger, but the feta and onions were on point. We also tried the strawberry lemonade - perfect - not too sweet. When I gave my debit card, she said it would take a while to process. She later came back and said their system was down. Then the manager came out and asked for the food back, claiming my card was declined. I explained that the employee had already told me their system was down, so that didn't make sense. The situation escalated and the manager even threatened to call the police. At that point, I returned the food and left. I later contacted customer service and filed a complaint. This was very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. I hope this location improves how they treat customers.
