Great selection of protein/lower fat conscious meals, prepared for you to either take home or heat and eat there. About the same price and in some cases much lower that restaurant food. Plus, you know instantly what you macros are (Protein/carbs/fat) when you purchase. They have protein smoothies too, haven't tried those yet, but I'm loving the meals. We bought the small combination (6). They were flavorful, the Biscochito flavor was very subtle. I didn't find much apple in the apple products - which may be just luck of the draw. It's high time this marvelous rite becomes standard issue in Albuquerque, and Sal's brings the goods, elevating everything more than a notch. I liberally doused it in salsa and did my best to eat with one hand as I stood on the sidewalk holding the box.
