We only go out to eat two or three times a month and, as a rule, look forward to going to the DQ to enjoy an entree/combo with a blizzard for dessert. Today's entree/combo was okay, but my blizzard tasted sharp and nothing at all like the chocolatey goodness it should taste like. I don't know if one of the items in the blizzard was spoiled or adulterated. I could only eat a few bites before throwing it in the garbage. I only hope I do not get sick from eating the few bites I swallowed. We will NOT be returning to this DQ anytime soon. So sad as this business used to be good with a decent product to offer, but the business, the service, and the food have declined over this year. read more

Absolute trash. This place frustrates me because it's in a good location and convenient for where I live, but it's the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. It's not dirty or anything like that; it's how they make their Blizzards. If you order it normal, it has like 25% as much toppings mixed-in as it should. If you pay more for extra toppings, it still isn't enough. There's maybe like 75% as much as a normal Blizzard at any other DQ. I don't know if the owners are cheaping out and trying to save a few nickels, but it's very disappointing and not even worth going. Buyer Beware I want a refund. I ordered two cheeseburgers for $5 Just like the photo on their menu. And I ordered a seniors Dr Pepper. They rang me up for $5 for one hamburger for the seniors drink. Then rang up the second cheeseburger for $3.93 This is SO wrong. Cheating seniors is criminal. If you are wondering why people don't return, this will why. It's been a while since I've treated "the boy" and I to a D Q vanilla cone.... but warm weather and errands recently warranted a "Hey - let me treat you to a Dairy Queen"!!! Well - when I saw the two VERY SMALL MORE THAN 5 DOLLAR cones coming towards that window -that frankly reminded me of the free cones DQ used to hand to dogs in the back seat I leaned over and asked "Is that really a small cone?!?!" - the server snapped that it was indeed a 4 ounce cone and she returned to "weigh it again" then confirmed that it was truly 4 ounces!! It was ridiculously small and not even flavorful. Inferior taste, too DQ?!? DQ has lost a loyal customer. Costco's vanilla is 2 times bigger and way Way WAY more delicious. The Uber Eats driver was supposed to bring my Priority order on time. Tracking the online, he was 4 minutes away. Then, the car turned around & went back the other way! Next, he was 9 minutes away!! By the time he arrived with my supposedly "Priority" order, my milkshake was melted & watery & my double cheeseburger was cold!! Talked to him & he became RUDE!! I absolutely love Dairy Queen but I've honestly been very dissatisfied with this location. There is an issue every single time we go there. Whether we order the honey bbq chicken strips and they give them to use with no sauce or I order a double cheeseburger and only get 1 patty not 2 (this has happened more than once). They have just assumed we wanted to upgrade to large without asking us numerous times. When I called to talk to a manager they claimed there was no manager on and they would call back. I never heard back and got hung up on. Very unhappy. read more

They always get the order wrong and never make any effort to fix there actions. Simple orders can take up to 15 min. to get abs you're almost always guaranteed to be missing sauce or get the wrong food. read more

I was very happy to see Dairy Queen building a new restaurant at this location! I was there soon after opening, but I was very disappointed at the size of the interior dining in this restaurant and only one drive-thru. The interior seating is minimal, and there is only ONE drive-thru window! When I was there, mid-afternoon, the drive-thru window was very busy, with a very long line.....Very small inside, and it was too hot to eat on the outdoor patio that afternoon. Unless they did not anticipate how popular this new location would be, they underestimated the size, and this place definitely needed a 2nd drive-thru window! Parking is decent, but there is a 1500 sq. ft space for lease adjacent to this restaurant, and I am surprised they didn't utilize this space from the get-go! I think they were thinking there would be more drive-thru customers, than those who want to eat inside......but remember, summer months are too hot to eat outdoors. Why they didn't add a 2nd drive-thru window in my opinion was poor planning. A 2nd drive-thru windows would have helped compensate for the lack of space to dine indoors. The food was good!
