    The Cowboy burger

The burgers were good and the service was excellent. Our server was friendly and amicable. She highly recommended the Cowboy burger and she was absolutely right. I think it is one of the best casual restaurants in Parma!

The food was amazing! The service even better! The burger was made to the right temp, the lettuce wraps.. were just so good. The sauce was sweet not spicy! Which paired nicely with the romaine lettuce. The peanuts paired for a perfect crunch

Well friends, the end is near. It's Cleveland Burger Week 2020 and I've gone too far this time. There are several half eaten burgers in my fridge, but I had to get just one more. Enter in the Perfect Bacon Burger from Fast Eddie's. I was only able to eat a couple bites before the meat sweats started to set in. I thought a side of garlic green beans would balance out the red meat consumption, but my body wasn't having it. I had gone over my limit and was in the red. A nap was imminent. Or a stroke, could really go either way. But it was all worth it. I don't get to Fast Eddie's often, but I like this place. Plenty of parking since it's located within The Shoppes at Parma. I arrived around 5:45pm on a Friday and while this place was already hopping I was able to walk in and score a seat at the bar. The ladies bartending were pleasant and while they were busy, they still did a great job with service. I sat next to (well several feet away from) an older woman and her husband. This lady was on her second drink and feeling good ($5 Parma Sunrise for Happy Hour). She provided some friendly chit chat and a couple laughs. Her and her husband were both getting burgers but in his words not the special because "there's nothing gouda bout it". He doesn't like gouda cheese, which is a shame, but those old man jokes are on point. The Perfect Bacon Burger $6 comes with gouda cheese, pickled red onion, tomato jam, and bacon. You get to say how you want your meat cooked and I chose a pink medium. The bites I had were tasty, there was a distinct surprising tangy BBQ flavor that helped cut the heaviness you normally get with a bacon cheeseburger. It was a juicy delight, but not the messy up your hands kind. I hate it when burgers are dry. Talk about choking on meat... Like mentioned above I got a side of garlic green beans $4.50 and these were tasty. Beans seemed fresh and the garlic potent. I also took home the Eddies House Salad $7.50 because this weekend I need to start a detox and eat only veggies for a month. Pray to your gods that I can reverse burger week coronary heart disease.

The best onion rings I've had to this day. Patty melt was also amazing and the happy hour cocktails were excellent. Service doesn't seem as good as it once was

Quintaesencia was great to work with in June 2026 at accommodating our large group of 21 women, providing is with ample space, a dedicated server, and even making separate checks for all of us. To the surprise of no one, I love South American food. Okay, I like most ethnic cuisines, if not all, but I really love foods like arepas, chimmichuri steak, asado, empanadas, etc! I looked at the menu ahead of time and settled on some faves of mine, arepas and yucca fries, but others in the group ordered a variety of dishes amd drinks, all of which were delicious! I stuck with water as my beverage because the cocktails/mocktails were a bit too pricey for me. I ordered the trio arepas ($18) and a side order of yucca fries ($5), which were very filling and sprinkled with cheese. I liked my meal a lot although I would like to see a few more types of arepas offered on the menu. Our server, Valeria, was absolutely amazing and served our party of 21 women quickly and efficiently. There was a 3% card usage fee as well as an automatic 20% gratiuiy for parties of 6 or more, so after paying with card, my total bill was $30.54. I left full and happy and hope to come back again to try their other dishes, particularly their pizzas and a creative cocktail or two.

LOL Been here many times, have never walked out saying "Wow,…read morethat was good." I tolerate it when others suggest we meet there. Last night for the Draft, they had a nice crowd at the tables, but hardly anyone at the bar. Hopped up on a tall bar chair and nearly fell off as a wooden support piece was dangling from the bottom. Switched chairs and, while I didn't fall off, I could rock back and forth on it..weak wood again. Then the LOL kicks in. Two people behind the bar. For the next two hours, we were not spoken to. Every single thing we ordered, we had to get their attention. The male was particularly hilarious as he never even made eye contact with us as we were begging for service. The food? Less than meh. Very Gordon Food Service in taste and presentation. The bill for four domestic beers, one sandwich and one small pizza (a Thursday special low price) was 54 bucks before tip! It's a mystery to me why there are so many cars in the parking lot every time I come. I know the atmosphere is good for kids (loud and big inside). They then stated seat yourself, allowed us to pick the table, brought us menus... and no other instructions. Unsure of how to order or what to do we finally got up and asked the single gentleman who was walking the dining room and looking friendly. We finally figured out how to order (you walk up and order). We got a Stromboli, perogies, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, and a burger. Everything came out not at a time within about 15 mins except the burger took an additional 10 with no communication on things. A girl (Jillian) came by when we were nearly done and had a couple plates stacked and asked if we needed anything, I said boxes in a bit but the plates could be taken. She glared with a look of "you want ME to take this" and then took them. Overall not very welcoming except for the long gentleman helping everyone. The 5 girls at the host stand didn't seem to care about anyone except their selves. It wasn't too busy when we got here and not loud. As someone who has worked in restaurants with bars you could see the frustration on guests trying to pour beer (self serve) with no clue how and very little assistance offered. Lots of foamy drinks.
