If i could give them 0 stars I would, I pulled up to drive thru at 10pm (closing is at 11pm per website & google). There was a vehicle in front of me that was also patiently waiting, but they left after waiting for so long. I then drove to the drive thru window to see if i could order there instead because no one was answering at the ordering speaker. Pulled up, an employee looked at me and walked away... the other reviews before me that said this place is awful, they were not lying. Employees need to be replaced. This place is trash. read more

This location leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal, which is supposed to be $7.00. It rang up as $11.99. Then I asked for a container of honey mustard and was told that they charge for sauces. And they also apparently don't give a sundae with their meals at this location. That's a good business model; charge almost twice the chest that's listed on the website, don't give dipping sauce, and cut out the sundae. I wonder if DQ corporate knows about this.... read more

Where to start? I came by with a friend for dinner after seeing a movie. When we walked in, we were bombarded by a line of people waiting to pick up doordash/mobile orders. There was only one person at the counter. We waited around 15-20 minutes to even order. After that, my friend waited another 30 for her food. I was still waiting on my food after that. It wasn't until we approached the counter and asked about it that they actually put the order in and started making it. No explanation either. And to top it all off? I ordered a cake for a going away party. It was supposed to be a strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake layered with cake crunch and chocolate ice cream. Issues with the cake: 1) It is hideous. We asked for the graham cracker crumbles to be sprinkled on the cake, not to cover it. The handwriting is also awful. 2) There was barely any strawberries mixed into the ice cream, it was mostly vanilla. 3) There was peanut butter cups and chocolate sauce in the center. Been to this location a few times and my latest visit i can say i wasnt too happy. I made an online order to pickup in store instead of having to wait in the long dairy queen drive thru lines. I have to say, ordering online and picking up inside is a much faster way of getting my food. So on this particular day, i made an online order for a Lg vanilla soft serve, a lg peanut butter cup blizzard, lg brownie batter blizzard, and an order of your pretzel sticks. I entered the store and was greeted by the first person behind the counter "who are you picking up for?" Im picking up for Ryan. When i first placed my order, the brownie batter blizzard was not part of the online order so i had to get that seperate. One of the workers, whom i wish i could say her name but no one wears nametags in this location, stated that they were all out of brownie batter and they didnt sell no more. So i believe the next lady is the manager, bigger lady, had hair in a ponytail. Shoutout to her. She went out of her way to check and get me the brownie batter blizzard i asked for. So while im waiting for the brownie batter blizzard, an employee hands me my soft serve. Dq, Can you make the soft serve as my last item to make? The whole time im waiting my soft serve is starting to melt, so finally after about 10 minutes i got my blizzard and my pretzel sticks and went on my merry way. When i got home, found out they gave me a buttercup blizzard instead of a peanut butter cup blizzard. So i dont know if said employee handed me the wrong blizzard or they made the wrong one, but she was facetiming someone on her phone which could have been an easy distraction. Nothing wrong with the food, but everytime I get a chicken basket THEY NEVER GIVE TOAST ANYMORE. Not specifically just this restaurant but every single Dairy Queen i've been to. Finally checked out the new Dairy Queen. I went there just before closing so only the drive through was open. The workers were pretty friendly. Not sure if this is always the case or if they were just happy that they were about to go home. Lol So, I've never actually had food at Dairy Queen. But I've heard it's good so gave the 1/4 burger a try. Let me tell you. Was pretty good. Nice and juicy. Way better than the brick, dry tasting whopper down the street...but I digress....quenched my thirst with a banana strawberry smoothie which was excellent. I'll be back again. I'm so glad DQ let me know that eventho I ordered my food via app, for curbside pick up, that they'll give me fries that's been sitting around for hours...eventho the app says it'll start making your order when you arrive. I was at a stop light on Plantation St & Grafton St when I requested my order to be made, I still sat in the parking lot for about 5mins before my order came out . This was my first time ordering via app & I'm glad I only ordered fries & a blizzard. As for the blizzard...they are WAAAY apart from any other fast food restaurant!!! Pretty happy about a Dairy Queen finally in Worcester! This location is large and updated compared to other Dairy Queen's in the state I know of. Equipped with fridge section for quick in and out, booths, high tables, outdoor seating, 3 TVs. Customers are always coming in and there seems to be plenty of shift turnovers because I constantly see employees coming in and out. The food is good, burgers aren't your typical fast food but they aren't gourmet restaurant either. Ice cream selection is the good, like usual. They come and bring you your meal which is nice but I can tell the place is already getting a little untidy. Perhaps that's due to the people of Worcester! Chairs all over and not pushed in, tables need cleaning but at least the condiment and napkin trays on each table were stocked. I waited 15 minutes for 1 double A1 burger. They forgot that a double is two burgers, because I only got one patty. The burger was ice cold and the bun soggy. I waited my whole supper break for a hockey puck that I ended up throwing away. Dairy Queen should have been with the location they already had, n West Boylston, because this one is poorly managed and the food is disgusting. Me and my family went to Diary Queen for dinner and there wasn't any adult employees only teenagers. The fries were sitting on the counter when we arrived and where then placed in our bag. They were completely cold and soggy. We ordered the backyard ranch burgers and we were given them with barbecue sauce which didn't come in the description. The shakes were completely watered down and extremely thick. One of our shakes tasted like another flavor making us believe none of the equipment was cleaned. I love Dairy Queen but this location, while new and super clean, gives us the smallest cones as compared to all the other Dairy Queens in the area. So when when you get your cone instead of being excited you have that feeling like you've just been gipped. The product cost them very little, under 25 cents of food per cone, and they sell it for almost $4 for a large. We should at least go away feeling we got a great cone and we don't. Every time I go to swoops and swirls in Grafton they build a nice size cone. I hope management takes my advice, make customers happy and you'll sell more cones. Thank you. read more

My boyfriend and I went in there today for the first time. What a disappointment that was! Got 2 double cheeseburgers and large onion rings... And waited forever and the people that was behind us got our order before us! And they didn't know what they were even doing. Both blizzard and sundaes are more expensive. Repurposed handicap parking for mobile pickup. I would give this place a solid 9/10 cause i was with my aunt and we went to buy food for us and my family, so it was a pretty big order!
