This business is, by far, superior in numerous ways to how many of today's car dealerships' shops now operate. It's like a breath of fresh air to be able to deal with highly competent, ethical, and caring people. I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . I'm always preaching, "if you can't be anything else, BE KIND".

I have a brand new vehicle and only taken it here for my oil changes rather than driving all the way to the dealership for a free one. The first time I took it in the guys were great and friendly. However I notice they don't pay much attention that my vehicle was brand new and still told me I needed a tire rotation because they input the wrong mileage. This second time they actually stripped the screws for my skid plate and basically told us we needed to get new ones because they broke them and had no replacements. Fortunately they "found" two screws laying around so my skid plate is being held by 2 rather than 4. Like I said it's very unfortunate as this is only my vehicle's second oil change and things are already broken and have to be replaced by us.

Since my father owns an auto shop back up North, I always come in with a set of very specific instructions, especially when it comes to my oil changes. Each one of my cars has a specific set of instructions I want followed because each one has its own little finicky things. Lucas first, don't top off fluids except washer fluid, only use manual tools and not drills, etc. the guys who work here have ALWAYS abided by my instructions without hesitation. They don't ever make me feel like a nuisance or burden and are always very polite and professional. Today was no different. Nick worked on my Mercedes to get my oil change done and then Derek worked on my new tire installation. Between the pleasant conversations, not ever trying to rip me off because I'm a female, and their overall politeness and ability to work on my cars the way I want them to, I will continue coming back year after year and bringing all of my cars here ranging from the more normal ones to the imports. They do have a pretty high turnover rate of workers, so just as I get to know one set of them, a new set arrives, but every single set of guys has been very helpful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY to females, because they won't try to rip you off like most shops around here will try to do just because they think you don't know what you're talking about and are an easy target. I also always bring in my own oil and filters (and even my own tires) and they have no issues using MY equipment, which many shops in the area will refuse to do. If you're hesitant, don't be. If you're also a female and are worried about someone trying to pull a fast one on you, trust me this shop won't even try it.

When I came back for a simple tune-up, I was told it would be $148. However, when I returned yesterday, I was suddenly quoted $1,500, which is outrageous for a tune-up on a 2015 Beetle. He never clearly explained the cost of the spark plugs--likely because he knew they wouldn't add up to that price. Instead, he tried to upsell a fuel system cleaning for $774. Again, I only came in for a basic tune-up. I later went to AutoZone in Collierville, where a representative named Caleb told me the parts for a tune-up would cost about $85 plus labor, and he even helped me find a discount. Do not go to Firestone. They take advantage of women who may not be familiar with car maintenance. If you do go, make sure you bring someone experienced with vehicles, or you may end up overpaying for basic services like tires and tune-ups.
