When I finally managed to speak with the manager in person, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Right in front of me, she popped the lenses out of my glasses and twisted the frame, then denied ever touching them. First she said she would help resolve the issue, and then suddenly changed her story and said, "Sorry, we can't help, it's been almost a year." The frustrating part is that when I tried to get help earlier -- before it had been a year -- the staff kept telling me the manager was unavailable and that nobody else could assist me. Now I'm stuck with expensive YSL glasses that I can't even use. On top of that, I feel like I was overcharged with unnecessary add-ons and hidden costs. I have honestly never experienced customer service this bad before. The manager was incredibly unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Very disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They accept VSP insurance among others--visit their website or give them a call for more information. After the exam, I brought the prescription to the Costco Optical located just outside the office, where the friendly staff assisted me in choosing and buying multiple pairs. Even though I had no appointment, they still helped me out when I came in. Service was great. I signed a quick waiver. No charge! In less than 15 mins, Antonio, Genna, Noah and Brandon put a new screw in for me. They did a small file/cut to smooth out one of the edges for a more clean closer fit. That's right. A contact ripped in my eye and I could not for the life of me remove the separated piece. This meant hours of going around with an eye that was watering like mad and very uncomfortable. Luckily for me, I was able to make a same day appt here to get my eye examined and the contact removed. Everyone was so friendly and kind from the moment I called to when I left, contact-free.
