Literally 0/10. Terrible service and very unprofessional staff. Have had my mom go there and family friends and have all had terrible experiences. Every single time it's more than an 1.5 hour wait to be taken in & then not seen. They also argue they haven't been paid when we have the charge on our statement and receipt. I made an appointment for myself and two kids and gave me the appointment at 11:00. Didn't get called in until 30 mins later. All they did was an xray, it's nearing lunch time and they rush us bc it was lunch time. Why give me an appointment for 11:00 had me wait 30 mins just to rush so they can leave for lunch. All they said was my son has cavities and if we wanted to get it fixed but offer us that option after they had my son leave the chair and wait in the wait room, my daughter needed a root canal but she wanted to have the tooth removed instead but kept pushing to do the root canal. They ended up not removing the tooth. While waiting in the waiting area the phone kept ringing bc the receptionist was too busy talking to a co worker about what they're getting for lunch. So if you're calling and no one is answering it's most likely they're chit chatting. Never went back. Very unprofessional the only person that was professional was the xray technician. read more

I've been going to this dentist since I was little because my mom would take me. I was planning to book here again but remembered how long they take to attend you. I remember waiting for hours and hours for the simplest thing like taking x-rays or cleaning of the teeth. I once laid down on the seat and waited a whole hour and the orthodontics and assistants were just chit chatting and gossiping there. Another thing is the front ladies are rude and unprofessional AF when it comes to communicating with clients! Will not be going to this place again and don't recommend for anyone to go! read more

Dentists are great! The office staff on the other hand are rude, mean, disrespectful and have absolutely no business working with patients.

The receptionist at this place is rude AF, hostile and has a horrible attitude for no apparent reason... if you don't like your job, get a new one. Dr Deza should be more selective with who they hire and the experience their clients receive from their employees. read more

With an appointment, you will wait in the lobby for over 1 hour (guaranteed) and then they put you in a room and wait another 30 minutes inside and then they see you to be done in 4 minutes. Ridiculous right? I like the doctor here but management procedures suck and appointments are a joke. read more

I took both of my daughters here for their cleanings and braces around the time of 2009-2013. We always had issues with long waits in the waiting room, average was a 1 hour wait for literally any procedure. They pulled the wrong tooth for my daughter once. You can only see the orthodontist once per week, so it is very inconvenient. I even asked to get a referral to another office to give us more options but they couldn't do that. The worst part was the billing to our insurance. We were covered for a portion of the ortho (braces) and they did get a few payments from our insurance. But when were at the end of the ortho treatment (braces coming off), they kept submitting incorrect paper work to the insurance company. Multiple times I had to call our insurance (Delta Dental) and it always came back that Dr. Deza's didn't submit the claim correctly. After about 4 times of them submitting incorrect, they told me to pay with a credit card and we would get reimbursed once they got it approved. That never happened and I ended up paying around $1,800 out of my pocket. I was frustrated and didn't even want to deal with it anymore so I just gave up and took the loss. Bottom line, maybe 50% of the staff/dentists are great and very friendly and helpful. But the other half seem to be inexperienced or don't fully know what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend coming here until they get things fixed. read more

My first visit to this office the wait time was horrible 2 hours just for exam and xrays . 2 hours :o !!! For simple stuff. Anyways but for the price of only 20 dollars . I guess thats why it was 20 dollars . Other places are more costly . Good things no treatment was needed because i dont think i would go back and wait for 2 hours to get seen . And that was just a review on the WAIT TIME . NO COMMENT ON THE STAFF BECAUSE THATS A DIFFERENT STORY . EVERYBODY HAS THERE BAD DAYS AND GOOD DAYS . They never have you waiting long and always on time, they take as much time as they need to make sure your teeth will come out exactly how you want it! They never rush through it! Let me start by saying what an amazing experience I had from start to finish at this location. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I noticed the staff came in and opened the office early to accommodate their customers. With that kind gesture I knew things were going to be great. They made the sign in process super easy and I only waited 5 minutes before they called my name. This is unheard of these days! Once in the "hot seat" aka dental chair, I was explained everything we were going to do, how long it would take and was even able to watch tv while my work was getting completed. The atmosphere is truly fun yet the staff remained very professional. Everyone smiled, no one was on their phone, etc.. the office filled up with clients really fast and now I know why. Came in and got my Lumineer veneers for my overbite. Reasonable price and one of the easiest processes in dentistry. Fixed my teeth in less than 2 weeks. Jannete and Cyndi made sure to inform me of the process and Dr. Cervantes kept it professional and entertaining with his intriguing stories. The Dr took his time and was informative on what he was doing. I'm very impressed with their service. They don't give you the run around. They get things going. Thanks for my new smile. read more

They had a coupon in the ad for exam Xrays and cleaning for I think 20. At first they are very nice and they did the Xrays then exam. Dentist came in and said I looked good, no issues then when they "cleaned" my teeth they only polished them and said "your done" I'm not done! ! That is not the way you clean teeth! You're are supposed to scrape off any plaque and Floss them. They got very unprofessional after I explained to them that I am not paying for my teeth to just get polished. They tried to tell me that polishing is cleaning. This is not my first time to a dentist. Nice try I'm Never going back! read more

Father inlaw is here and they have a really nice coffee maker! .. But horrible receptionist. She managed to give me, my mother inlaw, and a very nice lady attitude wile sitting behind her desk because we asked how the coffee maker worked...that was it.. NEVER have I seen my mother in law get upset with someone. I hear the dentist is a delight but he can do with a better staff. And I'd like to add she watched me struggle with the coffee maker and never helped! read more

First of all; My siblings and I have been coming here for over 5yrs the staff is great specially CINDY usually at the reception area so friendly and caring always doing what she can to help and make things easier for you anything you need she'll do her best to help you. I love that they always call to confirm appointments because I forget everything! The Drs are great as well they're friendly and funny they make you feel comfortable they'll answer any questions you have I always leave with a clean smile! The place is very clean and comfortable. Don't even bother dealing with them. Service is horrible, the staff have a face as if they hate what they do! Lack of Mannerism. Set an appointment for Saturday November 12th appointment set for 10am sharp. I arrive and am not assisted first hand nor greeted. Advised the assistant @front desk I was here for my 10am. Asked for me to be seated, no big deal right.... well I assume it may take some time to pull file It's not like it was my first time coming so I knew that had all my current files. Well that was false they had me wait one hr. I feel like my time was not being considered, nor anyone else! As We ALL sat there patiently in waiting room I ask everyone what time there appointment was set for? Funny thing they all said 10am this was 5 patients that were scheduled on same time to see the ONLY dentist available... I refused to do business with a business that only things of money and not their patients!! I will never recommend this dental office to anyone. And anyone in there right mind who pays for insurance should not have to deal with service like this! This office sucks! First the front office staff is so rude. Second they take forever to call you in. Third they do an awful job "cleaning" your teeth. I went to do an exam and I was told I needed 3 fillings and I asked the dr if they were doing deep cleaning and he said no. So some girl came in and "cleaned" my teeth which she basically just polished them leaving lots of the toothpaste or whatever they use behind. The dr came back and did 1 filling on top and 1 on the bottom of my left side and I needed 1 more filling on the top of that same side and he refused to do it he said I had to come back which was sooo stupid because I was already numb. Anyways I am now going to another dentist because I just feel they don't care for their patients they just care about billing insurance. read more

I went in to remove some wisdom teeth. I had told the staff that I wanted to remove only the bottom two. I went in for my apt and what happened? They removed the left bottom and top ones and left the others. I was livid, not only did they not listen, they did what they wanted and took no responsibility. I have never felt more uncomfortable and humiliated in my life. I'm 17 and I was supposed to get my braces today 9/15/14. I went in last week on Thursday to have my spacers placed in and my pictures taken. I could not eat for five days but i endured it, i figured it was only five days and then i wouldn't have to worry, But no. I go in today and i start asking my dentist questions about the procedures and he gives me attitude and starts mocking me, well excuse me for wanting to know what's gonna go on with my mouth! Anyways, i'm laying down and he takes out the spacers and inspects my mouth and starts commenting on how my teeth are not clean(yellowness and a little bit of plaque on ONE tooth) He tells me that i need cleaning and he wont put in my braces, he shows my mom the pictures of my teeth from the previous week to show the yellowness and he starts going on and on abut how i'm nasty, he literally called me a pig. I'm thinking in my head, if they saw the pictures and saw how "nasty" my teeth were,why did they put the spacers? why didn't they schedule me for a cleaning THEN get spacers? he proceeded to "clean" my upper teeth but he was so rough, there was blood everywhere and i was crying, literally from the pain and HE LAUGHS AT ME. some equipment wasn't working so he left and left me there drowning with blood because he didn't want me to spit out anywhere. they cast my teeth but didn't clean my face, or give me anything to clean my face. he put the brackets on my top teeth but no wire because it turns out i have to come again to get teeth pulled out, get deep cleaning AND THEN get my braces, 3 different dentist visits in a span of 1 month when i should've had my braces in today, I have to get spacers AGAIN. I had to endure 5 days of not eating from the pain for nothing, overall it was a horrible experience Do Not Recommend. Also i'd like to add that this dentist told my mother that he dislikes children, why would you work with children if you dislike them so much? read more

I have been coming to this dentist for two years now. Always hoping the next experience will be better. My last appointment was at 10a but I did not not get called in until 1p then I waited another 30 minutes and no dentist. Finally I got tired of waiting and told the front desk staff that I could not wait any longer that my I had to pick up my kids from school. The receptionist did not offer to reschedule she asked me to wait a little longer the dentist was almost done. The nerve! The dentist does a good job but the last three times I have waited over three hours each time with an appointment. Apparently time seems to be an issue, they need to stick to their appointments and not have people wait so long. I understand things happen that require immediate attention but every time is ridiculous. The saddest part is that I did not need X-rays or anesthesia for the job I was getting done the last time. It was suppose to be a twenty minute procedure that I never got done. read more
