After my experience with a laptop and phone repair, I wouldn't trust anybody else. Dr. Digital has unbeatable prices and the best service I have encountered in the industry. My laptop hard drive completely failed on me, and being a working student I needed it to be fixed ASAP. I bought my laptop as a refurb so naturally we can expect some defects. Dr. Digital responded to my inquiry the fastest of all the businesses I messaged, and with the best price. Never before have I felt so welcomed into a place of business; no fakeness or facades, no upselling, just honest, straight-forward business and very friendly service. Yuda went above and beyond to solve my laptop issues and my laptop was returned to me within a couple of days as he worked on it while I was out of town. The networking in my laptop has always been a bit buggy (remember, refurbished) and I was unable to connect to any wireless connections after the repairs. I brought it back and my laptop was fixed, updated, and connecting to networks the same day. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process. Since I had such a great experience with the laptop repair, I decided to bring my iPhone in because the camera had stopped working...it was fixed on the spot. Customers truly are valued in this business and our satisfaction is a priority. It is refreshing to be treated as such these days, given my own past experiences in this industry. [UPDATE] I had to edit my previous review because after a week, my screen is already broken. My phone took a fall, but it landed flat on the back (with a case on). The screen shattered completely. My guess is that the refurbished screens are way more fragile/prone to breaking than the new ones. I bet the crack I have now is exactly how this screen broke originally. Better off going to the Apple Store. [ORIGINAL] Awesome work! Took about 30 minutes since there were others waiting. I used to go to other iPhone repair stores, and both repeatedly did more damage to my phone than good (one resulted in my home button falling off two weeks later, one the front facing was unaligned and wouldn't work properly). Dr. Digital ended the poor quality reputation for repair places I had previously experienced. They flawlessly have repaired two of my iPhones, with no subsequent issues, and have replaced the screen on one of my laptops that was completely shattered. Apparently from what I've read, they're good on repairs but but when it comes to ordering things (in my case a cellphone battery, they kind if suck. Went there to order a battery for my phone. The first one came in quickly enough but it was the wrong battery. I went back to replace the bad one and that's where my trouble began. It took over 3 weeks to get my battery. I would have gone somewhere else butt they had my $33! Not to mention, they were kind of rude about it! Recently ordered another one for another battery for a different phone off of Amazon and, it came within a few days! And surprise, it was the correct one! I've learned my lesson! read more

I needed to have my water-damaged phone fixed and Juda went above and beyond (and beyond!) for me. My repairs were specialty because I have an older generation Samsung phone but the man knows his stuff and worked hard to find me a replacement part. After multiple defective parts from mutiple vendors I was able to secure a used phone from a family member and Juda helped me transfer my contacts, etc. to the new phone as a generous favor. It took 24 hours(!) due to corrupted files on my old phone and he did it with a friendly "we're in this together" sort of attitude. These guys are amazing...and patient. Very, very patient. I must have camped out in the store for two and a half grueling days, hoping they could find contact and calendar data that became lost by some ignoramus tech at some unnamed big blue box store, and it wasn't WalMart. In the end, they were able to provide me a substantial number of my contacts, though the calendar, well, it had gone into that bright white light into which all missing or lost data must go, but through no fault or effort on their part. It was thinking outside the box that eventually led to a solution! I can never really say how appreciative I still am to them for the time they put in, and the patience they portrayed when I refused to leave, clinging to the last bastions of hope. It is because of them that I have been able to recreate anything of what was lost, beyond the recovered data. A nice surprise was the bill. I was given an estimate, and even though many unexpected hours were put in, I was still billed the amount of the estimate! read more
