Juda is such a nice guy, he let my dog came in and hang out while repairing my iPhone screen:) when I first walked in I thought the woman sitting right across from him chatting it up was a friend of his, but then I just realized as i found myself in the same seat moments after she left, that Juda has such a good energy and personable nature that people just wanted to talk to him and felt comfortable enough to sit right across from him as they watch him repair their phone. I never left the store, just chatted with him as he promptly fixed my iPhone screen and my dog chilled on the floor. My phone looks brand new, and I'm totally a happy customer. He charged me less than what he could have because he genuinely seems to respect his customers and during our chat, actually mentioned that so many businesses these days only care about the money aspect, whereas he actually cares about being fair to the customer and making sure they're happy and completely satisfied by buying parts that are a little more expensive than most because he knows they are more reliable and durable. I didn't need to write this whole review, but he deserved it for being so friendly and fair. Will certainly go back if my Iphone ever needs a repair again, and will look forward to saying hi. I dropped my phone a couple months back and it was horribly damaged. I waited a while until i decided to get it fixed. I was recommended by my friend to get it fixed here because of the decent price and great service. I was glad because it was such an easy process. I dropped it off, did some of my errands, and picked it up about and hour and a half later. For the price, it was extremely worth it especially with the three month warranty! read more

I have a Samsung note 2 from Verizon that I've even trying to unlock to work with tmobile. I went to several places and they told me that it can't be done. So, there I was, holding my wife's iPhone with a cracked screen wondering where to go to get it fixed. I Googled iPhone screen repair in the valley and was overwhelmed with places to go. Then I remembered Yelp. At least there I could see how various businesses are rated by common folk like me. When I saw that Dr. Digital had 285 reviews I knew I was on the right track but I called 2 other places to get quotes before calling them. Word of advice, ALWAYS get 3 quotes before you decide on a service company. You don't know who has the best price unless you check with 3 companies. I don't always go with the cheapest company but at least I have a pretty good idea of what the cost should be. I then called Dr. Digital. I spoke to Juda who turned out to be the owner. He had the best price and sounded very helpful and honest over the phone so I decided to have him replace the screen. Boy, was that a good decision. His store is clean, he is a nice person, does fast clean work and most important he is a good and honorable business man. When I walked in, there was a customer ahead of me. He finished her repair and asked how he could help me. When talking about my repair I asked him about how long a warranty I would get. He told me 30 days (unless my wife should drop the phone again which would not be covered). I had noticed that no money changed hands with the prior customer and asked him about it. He told me that her repair was for something that was just outside the warranty period and being as it was so close to the expiration date of her warranty he felt it was just good business to do the repair at no charge. NOW THAT IS MY KIND OF MERCHANT! Someone who cares about the customer before himself. A real rarity in this day and age. So, bottom line, you can bet that I have found my phone repair person. In the future, should I need his type of service I'll be using him and no, I will not be calling 2 other merchants at that time. I tend to stay loyal to good merchants that I know in advance do good work and will be fair with me. Hmm. This ran a lot longer than I had planned. I guess I get carried away when I run into a rare good and honest merchant. read more

I am an extremely rational and level headed person, with a huge respect for small business owners. I have never had such a negative customer experience in all my years. If I had video or audio of the treatment I received from the owner Juda, no one but his family would ever step foot in this establishment, not to mention I could sue for the treatment. I'm sure the owner, Juda (if responds) will deny, place blame, twist what I say, etc., as he has with other negative reviews he has responded to. Please note that I signed up for YELP solely because I had to share. I will not go into detail, because it will further give them something to twist and turn around. But, for your sake, if you do go, I hope that everything is to your satisfaction, because if gosh forbid it is not, it will clearly be your fault somehow per Juda, and you will be treated with anything but respect. I felt like I was in another world where this was the norm, and tolerated.. I was yelled at on the phone, cussed at, and accused of lying, trying to rip him off and more. I price shopped to have the screen and lcd of my galaxy note 2 replaced. This place was $45 to $60 cheaper than the other 3 places I had gone to. I thought my phone was ruined because my bf tried to change the screen himself and ended up breaking sensitive parts and losing my home button. Dr. Digital repaired my phone to a like new condition.
