The price only went up after they knocked a huge hole in the cement wall outside so I was a little pressured to do it. The job was supposed to take 5-7 days. It took months! Months of having a gigantic tunnel under my home. Filling with rainwater, a huge whole in the exterior wall, and my back pavers destroyed. If I didn't call them daily, they wouldn't show up to work. When I did call them, they seemed like they had no idea about my project. Again, this went on for months. When it finally came time for an inspector to approve the job they laughed at how bad it was. The original leak was still leaking. They said it was unsafe and it fails for many reasons. In the end I don't even think the original leak was fixed as the problem that made me want to have it fixed is still there. There's so much more to write but it would be too long.
