That distinction is important because treating only the upper forehead can increase the likelihood of heaviness in the brow area or slight brow drooping. I wish this had been made clearer before I booked my appointment instead of finding out once I was there. As for the visit itself, it just wasn't a great experience. The front desk receptionist was pleasant enough, but nothing stood out in terms of customer service. The staff member who brought me back, took my photos, and prepared me to meet with the registered nurse came across as annoyed and uninterested. She didn't make me feel welcomed or comfortable, and the interaction felt very transactional. Botox can be intimidating, especially if it's your first time. You're putting needles and a neurotoxin into your face, so I expected a little more warmth, patience, and reassurance throughout the process.
