We were greeted immediately by the front desk receptionist and filled out some paperwork after we arrived. They were extremely informative and thorough about the entire procedure and gave great instructions for aftercare. Dr. Zikria sat with us and chatted for about 15 minutes, easing any kind of doubts that we had about the procedure. The entire session took about 30 minutes and it took about 3 or 4 days of healing before things looked back to normal. Now my partner's skin is glowing and she's loving it. When I commented after letting them know that this does not seem like the original treatment I got they told me that it indeed was a different laser than before and that my 2nd treatment was a less powerful laser. Considering I paid the same price both times I would assume that I was getting the same treatment. The treatment was not effective and made almost no difference in my skin. I am very disappointed as I was very happy with my original treatment 4 years ago and was expecting the same thing.
