I went in complaining about pain on my upper right teeth and said my gums feel inflamed and it hurts constantly, and the dentist DR LAUNDRY WHO I DO NOT RECOMMEND, told me there was nothing wrong. Then I come back for another problem and she tells me I need a root canal done. I looked at her in pure shock like how are you trying to tell me I need a root canal MONTHS later after I already complained prior about my pain ? Then I went because I had bad TMJ pain. The dentist who saw me stuck her finger in my mouth and said I have no idea what to do for the pain. It was just bad after bad after bad. I went to a tmj specialist and they told me that family dental is wild for not giving you lidocaine for the pain. Long story short I explained my frustrations to this manager named Morgan... he had me on speaker, and as I told him everything.... He responded with I don't care and if you don't trust us, why do you keep coming back. I will admit, I blew up on him over the phone but he deserved every bit of my bad mouthing. I will be contacting a lawyer. Morgan doesn't know how to run a dental office and should be fired for the way he spoke to me BEFORE I blew up on him. Ps. THEY SCAM YOU AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO! ALSO THEIR OFFICE HAS GOTTEN DUSTY AND DIRTY AND THEYRE ALL UNCLEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I know THREE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES WHO WARNED ME BUT I DIDNT LISTEN !

And to bloom dental after I already went to two appointments with other dentist. I almost that morning canceled the appointment honestly That would have been a HUGE mistake on my end. The appointment was nothing but perfect when I went. I originally called in to see about getting bridges after consulting with one other dentist and a surgeon about getting 4 teeth extracted. When I first called, I wasn't sure but the receptionist almost encouraged me not to come in and let me know to make an appointment after my teeth got removed. I challenged and let the lady know that I wanted to have everything prepared in advanced she said she understood and she let me make an appointment and I am so grateful that she let me go to the appointment. that morning I almost canceled , I didn't know why , but my intuition was screaming loud and clear to go to bloom dental and I had a super crystal clear good feeling I didn't know why so I went, and I will say the staff and receptionist were welcoming, informative , the Dr's assistant who she mentioned specifically they been working in the office for 17 years has made me feel extremely comfortable she did the x Ray exam and was done in a breeze, they seem to have advance technology where other dentist make it sometimes painful when doing xrays, and made the process extremely comfortable what I am so grateful for was when after my x rays the Dr explained to me that I needed to have 5 teeth removed instead of four and the severity that was going on with my overall oral health. Dr Temir, if you are reading I am extremely grateful for you, no other dentist took the tome to explain what all my problems were and come up with a GAME PLAN. When I thought I was only coming in for bridges after surgery with a different office. Dr demir is experienced I can tell, highly skilled. Extremely knowledgeable, cares for his patients and has great expertise the fact that he gave me a game plan and his assistant got me me feel very calm as I was already nervous was A+++ Service, going to the dentist was is greatest fear of mine, I am actually afraid to go to the dentist from previois experience and I highly recommend bloom dental and I know and trust that this is the best of the best. I feel like that they can handle my case and now im ready to restore my oral health with the game plan they gave me. If you are reading this yelpers do yourself a favor book an appointment with bloom dental, I checked them out myself and was nothing but a great experience. Do yourself a favor! Thank you bloom dental and Dr temir for giving me hope and helping me just at the first visit. You have my trust and thank you Dr temir for taking the time to create a treatment plan for my case. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Forever grateful

After a painful cleaning, she took a few photos of my mouth. The dentist looked at these photos but did not do an actual exam. He looked at x-rays that my previous dentist had sent. Based on this, within a few minutes he told me that I needed a crown. Hmm.... Imagine that. My last exam was within six months and there was no indication of an issue. I decided to get a second opinion and that dentist said that no crown was needed. Between having a painful teeth cleaning and a casual review of photos and x-rays that resulted in a recommendation of an unneeded, expensive procedure, I will not be returning. I advise others to be wary and insist on a proper dental exam.

The team was always friendly, knew how to work with my insurance, and did a great job with my cleanings, whitening, and any necessary tooth fixes. I started with Dr. Wong after another dentist (who shall remain nameless) told me that I needed a lot of work, including having my fillings replaced ("because they're old"). Suspecting the recommendation was a little odd, I asked for recommendations from my colleagues, who all seemed to go to Dr. Wong and had great experiences. That says a lot! From the start Dr. Wong developed a good rapport and never recommended any unnecessary treatments. We had more than a decade-long relationship of visits (including 4 cleanings per year!). I moved out of state and that's the only reason I'm unable to continue with him & his team, but I'd still be going given the great degree of confidence I have in him & his team. PLEASE READ PRIOR TO COMMITTING TO THIS DOCTOR. Just like the other reviews have mentioned - this…read moredoctor is a scammer, disrespectful to her patients, and extremely unprofessional. I paid $175 out of pocket for another 3D x-ray to "locate my nerves," only for her to end up extracting one wisdom tooth instead of 2. She claimed that she couldn't take out my impacted wisdom tooth that has been causing me pain and took out the tooth that wasn't causing ANY ISSUES... told me I need to pay almost $800 for this ONE extraction. I asked to be referred to another doctor to take out the bottom tooth or if she could take it out and she told me I need to go back to my dentist for this referral. She also said " You need to be nice to the doctors or they won't take out the tooth for you." She then took it even further and blamed me for not getting my wisdom teeth, extracted earlier/ in my teens - stating that my bones are too hard and it's too difficult for her to take out my impacted tooth. Anybody with common sense knows that as we age, our teeth grow and bone hardens. As a former medical sales rep, I saw right through her tactics and sending patients to get another 3-D x-ray is all a referral network for her and the x-ray business to make more $$$. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE for your safety and sanity! She continuously interrupts patients when they are trying to speak or ask clarifying questions, and uses a bunch of anatomical filler words to try to make herself seem smart smarter than she is. Do not come here!!!!!!
