It certainly says something when they don't cover the credit card processing fees like most businesses (cash or checks are preferred, or they charge YOU the percentage to use a credit or debit card) yet they all drive teslas. Its proximity to my CC home attracted me; I am ashamed I ditched my my other dentist for this one. Personally-speaking, I am now the 4th (former) client who they have refused to clean until you at first agree to a "deep-cleaning"...after an advance (two months) appointment for X-rys and cleaning...yet when I checked in their records only showed X-rays. Now I know why. They had NO intention of doing a simple cleaning. They also began to quote replacement crowns, extractions (with bone implants) and gum disease that my prior dentists NEVER noted. The staff -- some of whom I am sure are nice people -- should be ashamed to work for a firm that preys on folks who might be confused or frightened by the diagnoses, treatment plans and ovberwhelming options they are given. The absolute WORST.
