This doctor is a scam he's just there to take your money first of all he is a chiropractor so I don't know he's over there doing non surgical lipo when it's not even lipo he just provides you with food he orders online and puts you on this electrical money that is suppose to help you remove fat that's bullshit because I've seen no results in any patient that has done that so " call non surgical lipo " and trust me there is not 1 patient that I have seen that has came back with a result when I was working there for over 3 years so save your money,also all the pictures that he has posted on his website are not even the same patient if you look at their skin color and any birth marks they have you can tell it's not the same person and the guy picture that he has posted is a picture of himself when he was bigger now that he's skinner he posted those to make it seem like it's all because of the lipo service he is providing lol that's a bunch of bullshit. read more

This office seems to be a SCAM. I got hooked on an IG ad for "wave" therapy. Signed up for a wave therapy session, only to show up and find out that he didn't have the equipment to perform the wave therapy. So he did an examination and then offered a treatment plan which means more visits and more Money. I declined and rescheduled another appointment for two weeks later. Next appointment never happened then they tried to get me to come for the exact same thing the first time "an examination and treatment plan." I requested a refund and they said would honor a refund. They contact me back 11 days later and are still trying to book another session and still didn't refund my money. They go on to make excuses about the refund but don't actually apply it. So now I'm out $49 and still no therapy on my shoulder! read more

Update: Visit Dr. Phan again after 1 years. Received the same high level of care. The only complain is that there now seems to be another doctor sharing the office. This office used to be peaceful and quiet, now crowded and VERY noisy. After 2 weeks I got so fed up with all the chatty politics and gossips. Dr. Phan was introduced to my girlfriend and I by our lawyer after a recent car accident in early March. It's amazing. My right shoulder had been injured for a week. Every afternoon, it pains and burns from shoulder to hand. I took Tylenol 800 mg and muscle relax medicine but did not work well. Got in a car accident that messed up my neck, was recommended to Dr. Phan to treat it. Since then, my neck pain has gone away. He is very knowledgable in herbal healing as well. I went there for the neck pain, but he would recommend and give some very helpful advice or natural remmedies on other things like acne and insomnia. He and his staff are very friendly and sociable. He really cares about his patients and takes the time needed to heal them instead of rushing them out for the next patient in line like other doctors. They also have been very flexible on appointments, I'm very busy and forgettful and I sometimes miss my appointments, but they have been very accommodating to my scheduling needs and there is usually no wait for treatment. Very disappointing. I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes for this Dr. only to watch two people walking in 15 and 25 minutes after me walk in first. I am sorry but that is just rude and inconsiderate of my time. I can take my cash payment anywhere else. I may seem harsh but I am from this industry. I owned and operated a Wellness Center for 10 years in the Bay Area and even had an on-site Corporate account. I was introduced to Dr. Phan by a close friend of mine after I had a major accident. I was rear ended by a Honda Civic sedan, and from that incident I suffered severe whiplash, a broken left hand, and a lot of pain in my chest. I am an athlete, so you can imagine how devastating these injuries were to me. Before I mention how amazing his treatments were for my injuries, I have to emphasize how friendly his staff was. Every time I was at his office, I felt welcome and relaxed as if I was at home. Now on to the treatments: I was treated for approximately 8 months (3 times a week). I do not want to go into the details of the treatments he provided, but I can certainly say that every time I walked out of his office, I felt stronger, lighter, and one step closer to a full recovery. I had purchased a groupon for i-Lipo and set an appointment. The place is HORIBLE. Smells urine in the lobby. Doctor is very unprofessional, unhealthy , overweight and he sounds rather as a high school graduate. BTW if you have purchased a groupon for i-Lipo with this doctor PLEASE refund it ASAP. On the top of what you paid to groupon doctor charges $59 for "visit" and schools you on unrelated to i-Lipo subjects. I wish I could give this clinic 0 star. This doctor shouldn't be a doctor. I don't think we should call him doctor. He always put money first before patients. Once time I was planning to do the detoxic body which they call weight loss program and to flush out your toxic. We were trying to try the product but we told them give us a day to think after the consultation if I want to try their products such as solution 4. However, they processed the order and charged me $1200 for their stupid product without telling me. I was so stupid to let them set up an account there. I called and one of the staff said they can't do anything and can't cancel the order. I was like what the fuck ( excuse my language) without my consent they charged on my credit card. I called many times and the doctor said he will not refund the money. I keep calling and one of his staff said the doctor will not refund my money because he is short on money to pay office rent due to betting on football. Yeah if you have no money to pay rent. Close the fucking office instead stealing money from someone. Trust me I have seen many patients complain about him. One of the patient complain about one of his doctor- partner injured patient after the adjustments. Be careful and watch out for this office. read more
