I, myself, don't like radiation and I don't care if they say it's just a low amount. About 6 months later I had a tooth that was hitting another tooth and just needed to be filed. I told the receptionist that I didn't want any more x-rays because I had already had so many by them. She told me it was up to the dentist. When the dental assistant came out she had such a bad attitude towards me my husband noticed it from the waiting room. She took me to the x-ray room and reviewed my prior x-rays but seemed perturbed that I didn't want any new ones. The dentist fixed my tooth issue in just a few minutes, without x-rays. Fortunately I was able to change my insurance so I can also change dentists!

We waited until Monday and then started to call dentists' offices close to our home. WELL - they were all closed for "spring break" - wow! I had earlier seen good reviews on here for Dr. Seth, so even though his office is 30 minutes drive from home, in desperation I called to see if they could work my husband in? They surely could! And they were so nice on the phone, explaining that they were NOT providers for our insurance but would bill on our behalf. Turned out that my husband had to lose that tooth, it was cracked and had a very old crown on it and was badly infected. I was so impressed with the professionial treatment that I set up my own appointment for an exam. I found Dr. Seth very patient, willing to explain anything I had questions about, good sense of humor too! Sadly because they are not providers for our insurance, and because our dental coverage is for preventive only, it is all coming out of pocket but we're so pleased with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire office that we are willing to pay for our treatment there. The final nail in the coffin was when Kelly who left a message on my voicemail and later Pam a couple of weeks ago turned around and said yes it will be """"""$50""""" to have your records printed up. So suddenly they've now found my records and might I add I paid for my own x-rays to begin with. $50 for what a few pieces of paper to be printed up? Greed will be the downfall of humankind! On 11/20, she called to move my 12/3 appointment from 11:30 AM to 11:00 AM -- no issue there. However, on 12/2, she left a voicemail "confirming" my appointment for 12/3 at 11:30 AM. Naturally confused, I called back and clarified that my appointment had been changed to 11:00 AM. She confirmed, again, that the time was 11:00 AM. I arrived today at 10:45 AM for that appointment, only to be told she couldn't locate me in the system. After I played the voicemail she left, she realized she had actually scheduled me for 12/4 at 11:30 AM. Since this is not the first time these kinds of errors have occurred, I informed her that I would like to be removed from the schedule and would no longer be continuing as a patient. She then attempted to charge me a cancellation fee because it was "within 24 hours." I had to remind her that, according to her own system, my appointment was listed as 12/4 at 11:30 AM -- well outside any 24-hour window. To summarize: Laura provided the wrong date and the wrong time, twice, and then attempted to charge me for her own mistake. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Do better.

It had to be redone at another dentist's office because I was out-of-state. I've been trying to get both refunds for a year. The office manager keeps telling me she's working on it and tells me she will call me each time I speak with her, yet she does not call me as promised nor does she return calls when I leave messages with others in the office. Use this office at your own risk! If you are already using this office, make sure you compare your co-pays with your insurance benefits statement. What a headache!
