He also rescheduled last minute twice with me for this repair. Riccardo then told me I needed a fan blower which two other companies said was not necessary. I used Cool Moon AC because they showed up the same day, they didn't charge me extra for weekends and they didn't try to over sell me parts and labor that I didn't need.
