I noticed termite activity and realized it was time again, after tenting 11 years ago, that the time for a repeat was now. Really did not want to pack up my food and leave the house for a few days so I did some research and decided to give the orange oil a chance to make this process significantly easier. Then I came across Dr. Termites and gave them a call for an evaluation and estimate scheduled for the same day. Anthony arrived precisely on schedule and provided a detailed inspection identifying several locations of termite activity, very thorough and professional. He took time to explain the process of inspection and treatment. Received a reasonable estimate, as compared to tenting, and the work was scheduled for the next day. It's a relief to finally find a termite company that is so thorough and complete. Anthony first came to the house and did a thorough inspection of the entire house. It was the most detailed inspection I've had in 30 years. A couple days later Oscar and Nick showed up to do some treatments so that I would not have to be tented. Oscar was very detailed oriented and very thorough. He treated areas that had been treated by another national company who never did the job correctly. I also had the house tented just six years ago with the same well known national termite company yet the termite damage was more than 15 years old so my suspicion was true that it was a shoddy company. I would highly recommend Dr. Termite and I'm very pleased with Anthony and Oscar for their detailed inspections and treatments and also Nick for his detailed treatment of the crawlspace and the attic. Anthony from Dr. Termite was so professional. We call for an inspection and he came out in a few days on time. After his examination he gave us a detailed explanation of the issue and how to best resolve it. He gave us an estimate and we told him we would get back to him since another termite company was coming to give us an estimate and recommendation. Well my wife said that she REALLY trusted and wanted Anthony company to do the work. So we cancelled the other termite company inspection and hired Dr. Termite. Jose came out and did the work in such detail and care. I doubt the termite will show up again. Anthony and Jose also gave us a 30 minute heads up before they arrived. Azaria arrived mask on with a nice greeting. Introduced himself an explained what he would be doing. Before stepping foot inside he put on a pair of booties to keep from tracking in dirt. He proceeded to perform the work inside first since he knew I had an appointment. He was working in the back yard when I left. He notified me he was taking a break cause I was not there. When he ce back he double checked some areas and even one nobody had looked at. Treated everything and explained how his meter was looking for those little b___ds. Did the preventive full treatment on our house. 7mo later we had a termite infestation, The owner of the company said it's the wrong type of termites, The one he doesn't cover it blah blah blah. Basically termites can come back the next day and they make no guarantees whatsoever. Don't waste your money, They claim they do a preventive treatment but they don't actually do much.
