He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. The process of ordering is pretty straightforward, but notice that they don't include an reference to delivery in their paperwork. I ordered in February, was told 2-3 months, and here I am in late September still waiting. To make it worse, I only get an update when I finally get ahold of someone and they tell me they're probably on the next truck. They aren't on the next truck. I know its not the fault of the guy who gets stuck answering the calls. I feel bad for him. They simply aren't designed to follow-up with you, and they don't intend to commit to any timeline with you. I wish I'd paid with credit card so I could contest the charge due to lack of delivery. Learn from my mistake. There are local window companies that have more skin in the game.

Jed was available to come by same-day and suggested a less expensive and vastly more appealing wrap option over the more expensive option to just board the whole thing up while we wait for custom glass to be cut and installed. This saved us at least $500 and was MUCH more preferable so we won't have to be working in a cavern for the next few weeks. Jed couldn't have been a nicer, more helpful and knowledgeable guy, and I'm super, SUPER thankful that he was sent out. Our window looks MUCH sturdier now than it did an hour ago, and it's going to be VERY nice to be able to sleep at night not wondering if the temperature changed slightly or the wind blew wrong and the whole thing shattered and left our shop exposed.
