When I confronted the salesman, he denied ever telling me about an energy star rebate, despite promising multiple times to help me with the paperwork. Watch out for fake financial incentives used to upsell you." I might add that when I contacted the salesman about his false promise he offered me he said he was going to meet with the owner and said "I'll make things right" he said he would send me an amazon gift card as compensation which never happened.

Legacy insisted we get a manufacturer's rep to determine blame. When manufacturer said the damage was caused by Legacy, Legacy installed a clear glass window which does not match the adjoining tinted windows.
