The black from the French tip was also left on the top part of my nail and fingers. There was not enough coats of black as well so in the light it looks splotchy. My toes turned out good but not even 2 weeks after I got them done they are chipped as well as one of my finger nails. The lady doing my nails also kept telling me my toe nails were too short over and over again it was really weird. I certainly will not be going back.

I immediately noticed the sign out front saying 30% off so that made me excited. I was immediately greeted by the owner and his wife. They were very nice and welcoming. The shop appeared clean. The furniture was very nice. I got the pedicure menu and picked my choice (I forgot the name). Regardless, I'm 100% confident whatever you choose you will be happy. The tools used were in a fresh sterile pack which we know is important. Service was really good and I'll definitely go back. As you can see from the pedicure menu I've posted, there is no indication that this is a 15 minute service. At least call it a "rapid" or "express" pedicure or something. I sat in a pedicure chair for about 10 minutes until they ran my water. The chair was THE best pedicure massage chair I've ever been in, so I didn't mind. My pedicure service began at about 5:25 p.m. and it was over by 5:45 p.m. I've never in my decades of pedicures gotten a 20 minute pedicure. They're usually 45-60 minutes! She zipped through it so quickly, paying no particular attention to the anything. Miraculously, the end result looked okay, so again, I wasn't too bothered. After my pedicure was finished, she started working on another client (taking her sweet time)... and didn't come back to me for a full 50 minutes to look at my nails. She said it was 30 minutes. I corrected her. It was another 10 (a full hour) before she actually started working on my dip. She apologized for the wait, but once again, she zipped through my dip so quickly... a mere 25 minutes when it's normally 65-75! I mean, why work so fast now? There were no other clients. Take your time with my nails and do a good job! She cut my nails way too short. She did next to nothing with my cuticles. And my final result shows ridges and file marks in my nails! She said she could fix it and asked me to come back tomorrow. WHAT?! You want me to waste MORE of my time so you can do what you should've done the first time? Hell to the no! She also told me my toes were dry, so I could put my socks and shoes on. WHAT?! Even I know how long toes take to dry and that socks basically for the rest of the day are a no no! While she was a nice person, what good is nice if you keep me waiting an hour and provide me with a terrible service? Never again. Please, Nancy. Come home soon!

My pedicure was pretty bad overall: rough and fast. Part of my service included callous removal, which he forgot about. The service is listed on the menu as a 45 minute service -- I was on the chair for less than 30 minutes. It was like he couldn't wait to get me out of there fast enough, and I, in turn, couldn't wait to leave, either. I was loyal to this place for its convenience and otherwise good pedicures, but feel they on a downhill slide in both quality and cleanliness.

The total time of the manicure, from beginning to end took only 15 minutes. My nails were left uneven and rough, the technician did not even attempt to work on my cuticles, the polish was so badly applied that it needs to be redone already this evening. The technician didn't bother to apply any kind of lotion to my hands, but instead applied lotion to her own hands at the end of the manicure. This is also the most expensive manicure that I have ever had. My recommendation is that you save your money, your time, your frustration, and go somewhere else.
