BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! I agree with a few other reviewers that stated any good reviews about this -- eatery -- are by people who've never had decent Chinese cuisine or customer service, and are just used to it -- or simply have very low standards. Bargain basement low. Subterranean low. I ordered the rib tips and the pepper steak. I asked for the onion to be replaced with mushroom, but they wanted to charge anyway, even with it being a substitution. Never had that happen before. Should've been a red flag there in regard to their greed and disregard to the customer. The delivery took an extremely long time, and when he arrived, the white rice was missing, and even worse, he asked "do you have tip?" How ludicrous is that? Who ASKS for a tip? I also had to wait nearly an hour for the rice to be re-delivered. The food was inedible, as in the rib tips were more like rib BONES (pictured) and whatever miniscule amount of meat WAS on the bones, was very chewy...NOT tender. The pepper steak was nothing to crow about, either. The female manager was EXTREMELY rude, and no one takes any time or patience to address the language barrier. They just get frustrated and either hang up or pass the phone to someone who can communicate slightly better. DO NOT patronize these unappreciative, money-grubbing thieves. The food is WAY too expensive for what you get, and there is NO semblance of customer service. They are abhorrent. You have been warned. I, like a few others on here, hope they shut down. Considering the horrible service and food I received, that should truly be the case soon. read more

Fried foods were fried in old oil, and were way too doughy and gross. Dinning room is messy and filled with old boxes, so there was only 1 table available to sit at. The best thing that can be said about this place is the food is quick and close. After that you are required to eat it. The fried food ends up burned and the cooked food tastes like it has been in the back of the fridge for 3 weeks. I would recommend finding another chinese location. read more

It's a great place. We visited a new location of Beechmont Ave and all I can say is Wonderful. The place looks nice and the food was so fresh. And don't get me started on the Crab Rangoon. It's spectacular and it's the best I've ever had... full of goodness. The helpings are more than generous and the packaging is incredible... definitely worth 10 stars easy. Only thing I suggest is a Tip Jar, because they deserve one and some music. Outside of that go get you some great food. And tip them. read more

Ordered delivery. Well packaged, still hot on arrival! We had mu-shu chicken with 4 pancakes. They were a little dry on the top/bottom edges -- probably press n seal would be better than plastic wrap. Still, it was excellent & plentiful. Good hot sour soup, loved the chicken chow mein. We'll certainly eat there again -- maybe inside this time! The noodles for the chop suey were even still crispy the next day with leftovers. So were the yummy crab rangoon. read more

Friends recommended this place to us. Our first (and last) visit was on 04/20/2022. The food was absolutely terrible. The orange chicken was nothing but mushy, stale-tasting breading. The stir-fried chicken and vegetables were tasteless. The egg-roll was not good. The sweet and sour soup was just okay. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not return. Although this restaurant is carry-out/delivery only, it is very cluttered and dirty-looking inside. read more

Dragon City is a solid chinese place. They do take out and delivery and are pretty quick. The food is always piping hot and flavorful, and the portions are very good given the price. One of the best in the immediate area, better than the ones in local strip malls (with the exception of Lulu's Noodles in Tricounty, which is better). Personal favorites- Orange Chicken, General Tso's Chicken. I have friends who like the lo mein. Sweet and sour is decent, but much better up at Lulu's. I'd suggest getting it as takeout or delivery- the actual restaurant itself is kinda dingy, but don't let that discourage you from getting the food... read more

This is, without a doubt, my favorite place to get Chinese food. I like to mix up my order a lot, but usually I get the Mongolian chicken/beef, Hunan chicken, General Tso's chicken, or Schezuan Chicken. The great thing about this place is the price. $5 lunch specials everyday, and it's a lot of food (I always add an extra egg roll). I wouldn't eat there if I were you. The food is reasonably priced. They are very prompt when it comes to your order being ready. I can't eat shellfish but I enjoy all the other things on their menu. One of my favorites is the teriyaki chicken on a stick. Especially when it's fresh. Their lunch menu has great options and for them to be one of the only Chinese restaurants in my area, I frequent them whenever I can. They also use bean sprouts. I love this restaurant! Delivery is SUPER fast and food is always good and hot! Favorites are the curried chicken, and the lo mein is always a sure bet! Love, love, love the egg rolls! My mother ordered from this restaurant today she has been ordering from them for years today they took over an hour and a half to bring her food mine you they're only less than 10 minutes away I called them to complain about it and the only compensation that they wanted to give her was one egg roll or a soda, next time she orders, well there want be a next time they didn't want to refund her money or give her credit; for all the time that it took to bring the food nor did they care about her being a loyal customer for over several years so I'm asking family friends not to order from them for they have no loyalty to their customers Nor do they care about their customers read more

This is Chinese delivery at its best! I swear from the moment I call to the moment someone knock on the door it had only been 15 minutes. My food was hot and it tasted delicious. I didn't have a menu the first time I call them, so the lady in the phone was very kind and helpful when i started to ask if they had stuff or not. I ended up getting an order of Chicken broccoli (it was really yummy!) and and order of spare ribs. The ribs where amazing! You would never think of ribs in a Chinese place, but let me tell you you got to try them. The meat was falling of the bone and they where very well season. We live about 5 minutes away, but we still realistically expected it to take 30+ minutes for delivery. Tonight they arrived 11 minutes after we called! Quick, courteous, and consistently delicious. Awesome quantity for a great price. We always order orange chicken and crab rangoons, which are always delicious. Ordered delivery for a meeting from Dragon City II this week. Half of our participants were vegetarians and had no problem finding things they would like to eat. This Chinese restaurant has an extensive menu with spicy and non-spicy options. Our order included Wontons (somewhat dry), Crab Rangoon (yummy), Veggie Egg Rolls (tasty), Kung Pao Veggie Noodles (average), Sweet and Sour Chicken (delish) and white rice (included but prefer brown). They are affordable, deliver on time and give decent size portions. Everything is reasonably priced and service is fast (a take out order is generally ready in about 10 minutes). The same family has owned and operated it years and they know and recognize their regulars. I've never had bad service or bad food. read more
