This has been our family go to for many years. Tonight I called in a carry out of my same order and there is nothing about it that worked. I haven't been there in a couple months but the size if the shrimp roll went from I can barely eat one to I need at least three to make up the size. And it was gummy and tasteless. My sesame shrimp which used to be jumbo sized seasoned shrimp with broccoli turned into miniature shrimp tossed in sweet n sour dough that is about five times its size with some glaze poured over it. Same price less than half the food, taste terrible. Sadly it is time to move on. This cannot be resolved. read more

I went there around the time I was enlisted. Years later I took my elder Sister there when she used a wheelchair and I was her caregiver for two years. The only reason I'm buying Chinese food at WinWok in Delhi currently instead is they're several minutes closer to me now (Along with Asian Fusion I might add, these two are much closer with traffic). I'm thinking next time I'm there I'll get the curry chicken with onion, less chicken, more vegetables, a favorite of mine locally. read more

Great carry out! I usually get hot and sour soup with chicken phad thai. Make sure you get a bag of crunchy noodles with duck sauce too.

This was my favorite Chinese take out until recently. I walked in to no employees wearing masks or gloves and no customers wearing masks. There is a COVID mask mandate and even their signs on the door say "mask required." This lack of concern about what's going on means I will not be returning to this establishment, at least during this COVID crisis. read more

Pretty decent chinese place on the West side of Cincinnati. They are always fresh, and really friendly here. I will say that they can be a bit salty (yes I know it is Chinese food). Out of everything I ordered the only thing that was right was the crab ragoons. Didn't even give me the right food. And it's suppose to come with an egg roll but did not even get that. Very upset and I'm not the one to complain but this really upset me. I usually order Lin Great Wall and I love there food and had this place once and it was good. We have not been here in awhile. Our experience was night and day from what we remembered. Noodles were overcooked. They could be chewed with your tongue. Both chicken dishes, and beef dish was swimming in sauce. The beef had a strange texture. Not tender, but mushy. Eat in order was served in togo containers, with extra plates. We threw away all of our leftovers. Nobody wanted to save them. The restaurant was dirty. Chairs were sticky. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Even when it was slow they were not cleaning the rice off of the floor. The whole experience was dissapointing. read more

Let me start by saying that I know all Chinese food is not the same, but I know Chinese food. I ordered Shrimp rolls, ragon won ton, chicken wings, shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg foo young. The shrimp rolls had only one baby shrimp in them instead of chopped up shrimp meat. I dont eat fried wonton so I have no opinion. The chicken wings didn't look like chicken, fried to hard and plain nasty. Shrimp fried rice had barely any shrimp or vegetables. The egg foo young wasn't bad but not enough vegetables inside or shrimp. Overall assessment is poor and will not visit the next time in town. read more

Know this place for what it is, a hole in the wall place that serves up great takeout and fast. For that it is a 5 star in my book. The cooks are clearly of the ethnicity of the restaurant and you can usually hear them speaking in the language. See? Exactly what you want in a Chinese food place. Ethnic food, the restaurant seems clean, you can see into the kitchen and can wait with anticipation as your food makes its way through the cooking process. The egg rolls are delicious, the beef lo mein is AMAZING!!! and they have the chopsticks and sauces in containers on the counter so you can decide how many you need instead of having to beg for them. Their prices are cheap and their lunch specials are even cheaper. Their drinks are in can form, but I appreciate that they are refrigerated so I don't need to ice my drinks. read more

Fast service with good food and not badly priced!

The first time I had Chinese food was from here. My dad was working on building the current Best Buy and Panera located near by and had me try the teriyaki chicken (on a stick) with rice...I loved it and I was a pre-teen. Ever since then I literally have never stopped loving their service and food. I've never had something gross from here, it's always fast and still hot when I'm home twenty minutes later. It's the best Chinese restaurant on the west side of Cincinnati...and I've tried a bunch of different ones. I normally get the general tsos with fried rice and an egg roll and yummy. I would be very careful eating at this restaurant. I was recently at this location and could notice through a wide open back entrance that they had vegetables thawing on the dumpster which doesn't make a ton of sense to begin with as it was 20 degrees out. They were then bringing these vegetables in the restaurant to be used in the dishes they were cooking. I for one would like to avoid whatever is growing on the dumpster to be a part of my chicken fried rice. Due yourself a favor avoid this place and live to see another day or at least keep yourself tape worm free. read more

I have lived in Western Hills for the last 11 years and I have been enjoying the many dishes from Wok of China, the food is consistently great, never a bad meal, the owner has even went out of his way to accommodate me with strange request with adding a twist to some of my favorite dishes, love the pleasent nature of the worker's, I call them brother and sister and I always tell people about the food there. Nice but very casual place with excellent food in great portions. Don't expect chit chat with the staff as they don't speak great english but they are know how to cook. Lunch combos include soup and that's great. If you eat in take a book or cellphone as there is no music or tv in the small dining room. All Chinese restaurants are the same food same condiments same fortune cookies but this place somehow does it better. read more

I went to this location around 11:20 AM today ( March 4th 2016). I went into the store to pay for my food which was the Pepper steak and onions lunch combo. As I was finishing up pay the gentleman who runs the front hand me my card, I proceeded to look up and notice something very strange. There was three workers making the food. I then noticed one of the men pouring tomato sauce into a clear contanier. I didn't think much of it in till I saw the gentlemen take his bare hands and stick it into the metal container the sauce came from an wipe out the remain sauce and put it into the container. This is beyond disgusting, who.knows where his hands have been. I also noticed food laid out on the counter which sat for at least ten minutes. I am no expert but I do have 7 years of culinary experience from the US Army. I know this unsanitary and against regulation. I called the health department and told them what had happened. They advised me that they have a numerous calls on this place regarding violations. Please be careful when eating here. read more
