I called the company back that day and text them as well they informed me that he would come back to fixed what he didn't fix properly! After days of no showing I called Adam's cell phone because he gave me his card if I needed him again , he was extremely rude to me and blocked my number. I have been calling this company every day trying to get help with this issue. It has been over 2 weeks and still no help ! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! We went ahead seeing tahe no one from angie was even answering the request for a repair person. Roto-Rooter was costlier then I would have liked but the senior discount helped. I'm sure any other plumber would charge about the same anyway. Repair took a little over an hour and Jon explained what happened and fixed it. Very happy it has been taken care of.
