Almost three months later, no mirror, no return call after leaving multiple phone calls on VM to service manager OR taken by staff for manager to call back so we can resolve where is it. Transferred at one point to Parts Department who said they can't help because they would have sent it to service IF it came in. At this point I have no faith they will call me back I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Once resolved I will go elsewhere.
