One thing I could agree with other bad reviews is both drakes are rude. I had a good relationship with Walter, but when Stacy got involved she was not only rude, but Walter seemed to follow suit. At the end of the day you are in a people's buisness, if ALL people dont fit your bill, maybe get into another type of buisness, thank you for time. read more

I wish I had read this review prior to my selecting Drake Properties. We are a military family and required some assistance in renting our place. Stacey was pleasant enough however her husband was rude and arrogant. I literally had to insist he take pics of the property. Stacey's exact quote was... "Again, I apologize if my husband came across rude, but I believe your statement that "we may not be a good fit" is accurate. They terminated my contract left me out to dry and my family is moving the end of the month...Please find someone else. Stacey is amazing! She and Wally pulled off a miracle for us. They found us a 5 bedroom rental home with only 4 days notice. Our original rental realtor mixed up our dates and we got stuck with no where to move our family! I only knew because the water company said the current tenants weren't scheduled to have their water turned off by our move in date. It was infuriating and chaotic to deal with not having a place to go while we're were closing escrow on our home sale. So after I called and sobbed into the phone to my husband...the karma tide either shifted my way, or my husband is just Magic because he told me to dig through our cards and look for Drake Properties. He had done some electrical work for them recently and thought they might be able to take the stress off me. Lets just say Stacey Drake came in with her super hero cape and saved the day! We we're so panicked about the situation but Stacey really calmed my nerves and pulled off the impossible. She found us our place the same day and got all the documents to us, approved and we are so thrilled with this home. Stacey is incredibly knowledgeable and a true professional. She returned my calls and emails very quickly and was incredibly willing to go above and beyond what was expected. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a realtor. Extremely unprofessional and rude. My husband and I inquired about a rental property. We recently moved here from Virginia and were weighing the options of renting vs. purchasing while we narrow down which area we would most like to live. Upon calling Stacey about a property she told us she had just taken an application the prior day and that the property would probably not be available. My husband called again asking if there were any other properties she would be willing to help us find and she started yelling at my husband and straight up told him that there is no money for her in rentals and that she didn't want us a clients and to "do her a favor and not call her again". My husband was speechless at her reaction. We feel very sorry for her clients because she obviously doesn't have their best interests at heart if it doesn't benefit her. She is not a helpful realtor at all and treated us like we were unworthy peons because we were only renting. Absolutely appalling behavior from a grown woman. We even offered a double security deposit and an extra $100 on the rent and she didn't even run it by her clients who I'm sure may have liked to have known about that offer. She told us that it wasn't worth her time to run another credit report etc. read more
