Originally we hired Steven Longard through BMI management because it was a small company, he promised us he would take good care our home, it was our first time renting. We had to rent out our house because my husband was being sent to Japan (military). The company got bought out by Integrity shortly after. After only two months we never heard from him again even though the contract was exclusively with him. Horrible experience, if it was not for Yesenia, whom I personally never met but had to deal with, I would have lost it. My forwarding address and number were never updated and in turn my tax papers, which I was never informed to expect, weren't sent out in a timely manner thus causing an issue after filling. They overcharge for simple services. We were charged over $250 for tightening a leaky kitchen faucet and replacing the seal (for example). Dishonest and lack attention to detail. read more

All I wanted to do was apply and had some questions and he didn't even want to give me the time of day. It's unfortunate that some people think because they are communicating through text that they can be so rude. If you like to deal with someone who's responsive and very comfortable with emails and texts, then you would love having Kendell as your property manager. Kendell has been managing my condo for over a year now and I've always found him extremely responsive and responsible. He gave me his honest opinion about what repairs I should do with my place before listing it and got all of the work done too. My place was rented out within a couple of months to a very good renter that Kendell suggested using his knowledge and experience. Throughout this past year I've had to contact him several times because I had issues and/or questions and he always responds quickly. I love the fact that no matter what happens with my place I have a go to person that can take care of it all. Recently BMH even upgraded their service so now they can directly deposit the rent check to your bank account. Last year they upgraded their computer system to provide better reporting. I think it's great that they continuously try to improve their service so that they can be more efficient and serve their customers better. I know people will tell you it's not that hard to manage your rental but trust me once you try BMH's service you will not want to go back to managing it yourself. Horrible. Scheduled an appointment online, never actually spoke to a person until the day of. Stephen gave us a card to fill out the application online, which my boyfriend and I paid for and submitted less than an hour after the showing. Right after we submitted our applications I called the office to ask what else we could do because we were serious about wanting to rent the home. I never received any responses for any calls or texts I sent out. When I finally got a hold of Stephen I was told that the landlord of the property had picked out her own tenant and the place was no longer available. Overall a horrible experience with this place. 60 dollars went to waste on application fees and they don't even have the decency to return a phone call. read more

Do not do business with this company if you are a tenant. They do not protect their tenants from greedy selfish slum/landlords. Unfortunately we did not organizational hire Integrity Place...we were stuck with them after our slumlord transfered her property over to Integrity Place. Please be aware of a office worker named Yesenia. She is one of Integrity Place most rudeness, ignorant property managers I have ever encountered. If you are looking to rent a property I would suggest you go somewhere else. By the way the NAME OF THIS COMPANY IS CALLED!! Integrity Place...lol.. However there is no Integrity involved what-so -ever!! They would probably lie on their own Mothers just too save face. We always paid our rent...and the owner never had any problems for 7 years..I repeat for 7 years... if we were such a problem why did she keep us in her home for 7 years??? It's just like your so called professionalism to lie about a tenant to protect your own inaccurate acts of idiosisms. This is a property that has serious electrical problems.. the carpet upstairs still to this day looks like it had never been changed for 20 years.. the floor board were squeaky and felt like it was about to cave in... I could go on and on... we never caused problem for 7 years and paid our rent and were still treated with disrespect.. and paid out of pocket for several up keeps around the house that a normal landlord and property management co. would have done on a property. Also Integrity Place was the 3rd company that the landlord had hired. We had no choice but to go with this co. Because we were not notified each time the landlord changed co. So for The Integrity Place manger to respond stating that this home was in perfect order is not true and just another misrepresented fact from their non exsistant Integrity!! They were not the oirginal property management Co. that we hired. OCEAN west was!! So how can Integrity Place management state that the property was in perfect conditions from the very beginning as they are trying to state to save face. We had too hire our own cleaners to come in behind the other tentents that the land- lord had in the house for 8 months and sued for 50k because she did not want to come out of her pocket for Normal wear and tear. Its a racket!! And as far as trying too have a conversation with your company at this point is simple a waste of time because it should have always been a professional act beforehand and not a snappy oh well response. They are a renters nightmare and obviously will never function with Integrity!!! This is a co. who protects the owners only and not the renters. Please be aware.!!! We have been both renters and property owners and will and have never treated our tenants with such disrespect!!!!!! read more

In 20 years of being a landlord for many houses, we've never been so mistreated as we have my Stephen and his dishonest company. To Start, Stephen complained to tenants about how little we payed him. He actually provided the combo code to tenants who he never even met, so there had been so many people in the paint on walls had kids dirty hand smears after we had already payed cleaners to clean it. Just 1 day before the new tenant wanted to move in, Stephen met them for the very first time and gave my family a huge list of what needed to be fixed which gave us no time to respond, so he agreed to have his handyman do the repairs... Stephen thought it fine that the handyman would come out to do the repairs AFTER the tenants moved, so they were pissed at my family as if we did something wrong. Then, Stephen actually coached the tenant on how to manipulate the situation which made the tenant feel very awkward about the entire situation, and they were left wondering why he was so obnoxious toward his customer/landlord. There is a laundry list of horrible things i could add...stay away from this scammer. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My family and I rented property with integrity Place for 3 years. I have no complaints. Repairs were always taken care of right away. If I had questions, they were always helpful and answered them in a timely fashion. The one thing I liked the most was their payment app. It made paying rent hassle free. Kendell and the rest of the team at BMH do an excellent job. The best tenants we've ever had (800+ credit scores, etc) at our rental properties have come from BMH. Kendell strives to maintain professional and cordial relationships with the tenants, and he maintains great communication with his clients.
