Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home. Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. She asked a number of questions some of which I couldn't answer (question-what kind of pump? My answer "black"). Not once was I made to feel silly because I didn't know the answers. The appointment was made quickly, I was surprised that it would be the next day. Lou arrived promptly and was easy to speak with. He addressed the pump issue, checked the pressure in my well tank, fixed leaking gas lines and fixed my sump pump. The cost was in the range I expected.
