After…read moregetting machines and a couple of non Knowledgeable call service personnel, I got a hold of Roe from Discount Cesapool and drain. We were in a state of panic not knowing what to do. She calmed our situation down gave us some Instruction and had her foreman " Dante" out to our home the next afternoon with a pump truck And tools. Within a few hrs. They fixed the clog and got most of the junk out of the trunk :) turned out our c-pool and solid waste box has not been pumped in a long while since we did not know where they were. Well after some searching with special metal detector and other cool gadgets they found the c-pool, they also advised us who to call to get copies of where items were placed on our home survey just to be sure. Well they were correct. After speaking to the Owner "Domenic" who was Extremely Knowledgable he advised us how to make this a bunch easier in the future to get our systems pumped to avoid this horror in the future. After agreeing on a price I was happy to see their quality of work at a Super Fair price. No hidden agenda just HONESTY. THANKYOU so Much for being fair and honest from beginning to end. You guys earned a customer. A plus service and equipment. They left the job nicer than when they started.

I thought it would take weeks or months to get the permits but they were ready immediately. But here is the important part. They went over every detail from what trees had to be removed and how much space they need to get into my yard with the equipment. Communication was beyond excellent and there were no surprises when the day came to install the system. They never wanted to empty out my septic tank only my cesspool. 10 years in and I'm living in a horrific catastrophe with back up septic tank. Let alone they had to drain out the piping that runs through the mainline. When they dismantled the candy cane gooseneck, they never fastened it and screwed it back in correctly. Due to the recent rainstorm, we just had this week caused a lot of rocks and dirt into my line. Had to call another company that had to fix the mistake. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to continue on with the recommendation that the new company suggested in "emptying out my septic tank every one to two years".

Instead of a simple "yes, everything works, here's your paperwork to give the bank," he pointed out things to us that may become problems down the road - things we wouldn't expect a cesspool guy to care about, like the windowsill in the shower being low enough that water may seep in and damage it over time - and he was patient enough to explain Cesspools 101 to the two of us who, until now, have only lived in places with sewers.
