Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.

It took the plumber 20 minutes to complete the job. I was charged $676.00. I called their office to complain and they took $100.00 off the bill. It still cost 3 times what anyother plumber would charge. They charge you $70.00 if you don't let them do the work. They will not give you any idea what the cost will be over the phone. I should have paid them the $70.00 and called another plumber but I'm selling my house and had people coming to the house that day. They told me after the job was complete that they charge a flate labor rate no matter the job.That rate must be over $600.00. They did a good job but it's definately not worth the price.
