They helped and showed me how to do the a shock adjustment. It definitely rides a lot better since then. As always, you guys never fail me or us. I've never had such amazing hospitality and customer service from any business. I've been in so many H-D dealerships throughout the nation and I definitely feel the difference the moment I walk through your doors there. I will never deal with another dealership. I gave a poor review that last time but that was because I got in my feelings and I now realize they did a fantastic job helping me get on a very nice bike. Lt. Dan and the sales manager even threw in a free t-shirt for my inconvenience for the taillight that did not work. They put on a new taillight, and it works great. The bike is very nice and runs great. I had a very bad service experience with this particular dealership. About two weeks after I retrieved my bike, I received a call from one of their senior managers to whom I explained the reasons for my dissatisfaction. He told me he was taking note and that I would also receive a call from a manager who was higher up in the food chain. I felt much better about the shop but after a month and a half I have yet to hear anything else from them, which leads me to believe that not only is their shop work shoddy but that also they have no real regard for their customer's opinion, the quality of service given or their own reputation. read more

On the same day I posted my initial dissatisfaction about my air pressure visit an employee came out and told the gentlemen who was washing the bike that I was waiting for an air check (I guess they read my review). The gentlemen came over and apologized. He stated that no on told him I was waiting for an air check. He asked me if I lived around the area and I stated no. He told me he would have washed my bike for free for the inconvenience the next time I came around. I can tell he was truly sorry. Another worker who initially asked me what I needed, came back around and the guy washing the bike asked him why didn't you tell me this guy was waiting for an air check. The gentlemen (employee) said he NEVER heard him say that. All in all, I am happy at the care and apology of the employee. Went in today to get a simple tap out on the rear passenger foot plate. Bolt sheared off. CSR at maintenance counter very disinterested in speaking to me. Finally talk to him, he said come back the next day. I road 50 miles oneway to get something simple taken care of. He didn't even make an effort to go see. He didn't know me from Adam so I hung around a bit to see how he interacted with another customer. He knew the next one and was more than happy to go outside to look at their bike. When they treat you this way then screw you mister. I've got two Harley's and many Harley-Davidson rider friends. Bought a 2020 Road Glide Special in November 2020. The purchase price was good, but that's where the customer service ended. The license plate came in and I was notified, so I rode back and they handed it to me (no offer to install). I walked over to the parts section and asked about the Wireless Headset Integration Module (WHIM), and they wanted $50 over the online price listed at harleydavidson.com (for just the parts).I showed the parts rep the "official HD price" on my phone and he said "the price has increased but the web site hasn't been updated." I walked over to service to ask how much to install (because departments at that dealership don't talk to each other), and he said "4 hours labor." I had already looked on line for other estates and realized it was a ridiculously high price. I told the sales rep who sold me the bike what happened and said I was disappointed with the service, and left with no fanfare. I rode straight to Adam Smith's Texas Harley Davidson (the owner is reportedly the brother of Ft Worth Harley dealer owner), and they installed my WHIM the same day for $500 less than Ft Worth Harley quoted. Adam Smith's Texas Harley Davidson service department also installed my license plate because I told them about my earlier experience at Ft Worth Harley--I didn't even have to ask and they just did it. Earlier today, 5 months after the sale, I called the service department at Ft Worth Harley to ask for assistance on how to program the PIN in case the FOB was lost, and I told them the instructions in the owners manual were not working as advertised. The service department condescended to me then hung up. Bottom line, I got the bike I like at a fair price, but thank God for other dealers that support the Harley name. After driving across town to pickup something as simple as a tube of touch up paint for my 14 HD SGS. The first Partsman fumbled around for about 10 minutes and then finally went to another partsman who appeared to be more experienced, and he informed me I have to buy a qt of paint and then another can to mix with it? Your partsmen are ridiculous. I bought my bike there. I called another dealership, they didn't have it so gave me pn and I ordered it online for cheaper and no tax. This is why the dealers have such bad names, Really? a qt for 135.00 and I bought a whole touchup kit shipped to my door for 38.00. I wanted to repair a scratch, not paint my bike. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this location to anyone else I know that is looking at Harleys. I purchased my first Harley from the Fort Worth location about five months ago. I wanted to trade my bike for something different, with the price being a couple thousand more than my first bike. So after running my credit and all that, they come back and give me some ridiculous payment options that are almost double what I pay now for a bike that's literally only 2 thousand less than what I was looking at. Obviously, I didn't agree to it, so the salesperson let the manager know, and without missing a beat, all he said was ok, and that was that. No trying to keep my business, no trying to make a deal work, nothing. I regret telling anyone about this place and sending a buddy there to get his bike. Took my bike here for a simple pedal assembly replacement and they had it for a week. When they finally did get to it there was another issue discovered. So they were supposed to be getting with the warranty people to verify coverage and get back to me. Days later I pop up and they tell me that they cant get in contact with the warranty company. I walk outside and call myself and got directly through. The amount of time is not the issue to me however, you say Tuesday you will let me know and Friday comes and still nothing. I take the bike from Ft Worth Harley down to Stampede Harley in Burleson. Same story "we'll get to it on Tuesday and call you with our findings. Tuesday nothing, Wednesday nothing. I pop up Friday and "oh we were gonna get to it today.".. Both Ft Worth and Stampede Harley have the same sub-par customer service practices. I went to Thunder Alley and got the work done within hours, with far greater customer service, and with no deception. read more

Make sure you get 2 key fobs if you purchase from these guys. I bought my pre owned FXDSE from these guys and only got 1. The salesman ran me though some info and we even covered the security pin section in the owners manual in the event a fob was lost or broken. In the owners manual I got from them a pin was written in the book so I assumed it was what my pin was set at. Turns out it was not and without it I have to purchase a new security module because I lost my fob instead of being able to just replace the fob at a fraction of the price. I'd understand if I didn't change the pin myself had there not been a pin written down in the owners manual but since there was I should have been informed that they didn't know if the pin was accurate which would've prompted me to change it myself. I feel I was given inaccurate information and now I have to pay for there miss information/mistake. Before this situation I actually really enjoyed going to this dealership and recommend them quite often. Now it seems more like this dealership is all about making a buck and would have absolutely no problem selling you a lemon with a smile. read more

After dealing with the dealership that sold me my bike originally and who made it more difficult to get resolve I gave up and went and called these guys who had helped me with warranty issues in the past. In the past I dealt with Robert in the service and I then learned he no longer was there and Jacob stepped up to help. These guys are the most helpful and get the answers and the ball rolling fast and make the experience of dealing with a dealership more pleasurable. I made the mistake of buying my bike from another dealership when I first moved to Texas in the Fort Worth area and was not aware of this amazing place. I will never ever again buy from that other guy who worries about numbers instead of quality. I learned my lesson and I have since then moved 3 hours away and the other place has a dealership close to me and still even though its not the same location they stink just as bad. I will from now on after this being the third issue with my bike and the other place yet failed again will only use Fort Worth Harley from now on and its worth the trip cause they truly care for the owner of the bike and not if they sold you the bike or not. read more

I bought a 2013 street glide approx.1 year ago. It has been in the shop or seen by the Service Manager Gregg 6 times. The first 3 times they said their was nothing wrong. Then the 4th time they finally say that it has the wrong tuner installed. 5th and 6th time it is always another story. Bring it in and we will look at it. Or you can trade it in on another new one. They don't get it, it has been in the shop 6 times now, still has the issues of oil seeping out of the air cleaner/ and sometimes it is hard to start with a backfire. Every time we go in there, we get a different story ,or a different solution. We offered to them just to buy the bike back, they said yes plus we give them $2000.00. So they want us to pay for their bad bike they sold us. So now they will pick up the bike next Tuesday 7th time to take to repair again. I will never buy a Harley from Fort Worth Harley Ever !!! I have owned several and still do. Customer Service is lousy/Sales will Lie to you and Service cannot fix anything.
