Now for my review, I recently purchased a matress with an adjustable from this establishment. The mattress in the store felt different from what was delivered to me, it felt soft but firm and this mattress has no support. The mattress feels like I am sinking in my bed and I have to go the the chiropractor this weekend because of this bed. My back hurts every morning so I am sleeping on an air mattress which is said to get a decent night sleep which is sad. The adjustable is a whole nother beast also let me say they do not set this up for you but charge 75$. The adjustable instructions is just bad and we had issues screwing the screws in the correct location because the inside was not done correctly because it stripped the screws. Then.certain pieces needed to be screwed together was painted over to the max, we had to take scissors and trim the paint to get the screws in which was a pain. Then on top of that the adjustable will just shut off by itself not like we are using it. My fiance call about these issue to the owners and was told we cant do anything about the matress and the adjustable is under warranty but you have bring it here. I am selling my matress and adjustable and I repeat when I say this I will not be back going a bigger business that takes better care of their customers.

When we walked in, the store was clean and smelled really good. Tony helped us out and had us both lay down on their smart sleep system which filtered out which mattress would be best for both of us. It made it easier than to try and lay down on every single mattress because after a while, they all start to feel the same. Whenever we chose the one we liked, he gave us prices and didn't try to sell us on the more expensive ones. Tony got us a great price and hooked us up big time! I highly recommend this place to buy a new mattress. Also, if you find a bed you like, they check to see if they can get you an outlet priced one first to get you one for half the price!

I gave the store on south cooper street five stars a couple or three weeks ago. I discovered later…read moreon a small hole in the mattress sheet but I fixed it without calling them. The two delivery people showed two hight to choose from. One very low and a high one. I definitely chose not the very low. After a couple of weeks or so, I developed back and legs pain when I leave the bed due to its high. I decided to accept the low height so with help. we put bed on the side to unscrew the leg extension but to my surprise, there was a middle extension to make it not that high. It was easy to unscrew three legs, two were very tight but we did it, the last one was impossible to unscrew. My husband took it to the store to unscrew it so we can adjust the bed's hight. The person in charge suggested that this is the way it's and can't be unscrewed. They don't have another leg which includes three pieces to replace the defected one. maybe that was the reason the delivery men didn't show us that mid high. Their option that we're within the time to replace it but we have to pay $250. it's definitely unfair to sell us defected leg that can't be adjusted to prevent my back and legs pain. I ask to replace the defected leg with a a good one. I'm ready to go pickup the leg, or replace the bed as they suggested but with zero money. I will give one star as this defected leg gave me back pain, that I'm only asking to either replace it or replace the bed. i appreciate someone to call me as they promised and not leaving this matter unsolved. update: Randy, the sales person called me and offered whatever solution to help fix the issue. He happily gave me another leg with three pieces to solve the problem. I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to solve the issue as I don't have the time to follow the manufacture warranty . Staff is outstanding, personable and friendly both times we've come here. We had come here pre-shut down, so around 2018/2019 to get the bunk bed my oldest had wanted. We hadn't needed to shop for a bed for my youngest due to timing working out that we had my nieces crib/mattress, a friends car bed for his toddler stage, and my in-laws moved out of state in 2020, they gave us their guest room twin bed so they didn't have to haul it with them. Though that twin bed didn't come with a mattress for the pull out. We finally decided to find a 7' mattress for the pull out this year and remembered Heavenly sleep shop when we were pricing out our choices. They had two options that worked for us at $100 & $80, both good options for a mattress that won't see regular use but not as thin & uncomfortable options that we had seen for similar prices at places like Ikea. My 8 year old has been obsessed with the fact he now has a bed under his bed, and has regularly been pulling out the pull out to hang out on when playing video games or watching a show. (Even though his regular bed is still right there!)
