They arrived on time, and overall the house was clean upon completion. The carpets were cleaned with a potent cleaner that myself and my dogs are having difficulty (so not just a steam clean). Upon checking house cameras everyone wore sneakers and work boots within the home (we are a no shoe household). They were seen standing on top of the white couch in work boots. The carpet cleaners turned the cameras to face the wall so they were not visible (upon talking with maidly, they said this had to be done bc they didn't want to get the camera wet when cleaning the floor. It does not make sense, bc the camera (and Google home device next to it that was not touched) was not moved, but turned around from behind to face the wall. They also did not clean the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Bad experience, my house smells like the bathroom at a gas station, not trust worthy, attempts to gas light in response to bringing this to their attention. Find another company that is respectful of your home, devices, and honest. The door of my house was left unlocked and one was left cracked open after they left.

I was told 3-4 hours would be fine for the areas that needed cleaning. They did message me at 11 saying they were running behind and they would be here at 12. I'm understanding and I know things can happen so I was okay with it. I checked in several times after 12 and they didn't end up coming till 1pm. So this impacted my day and I had to cancel my appointment in the afternoon. There was a miscommunication about a bathroom being added and I did like how I was able to communicate the disconnect. They were understanding about that. There was another disconnect where the team said they didn't come for a deep clean. I had to show the team the messages from the initial inquiry. It felt just really rushed the entire time due to them being behind schedule. I felt like they were rushing to their next appointment which I didn't like. I found that several spots were just looked over. Things in the kitchen counter weren't moved and it was super dirty behind it. The baseboards weren't cleaned. I had to ask the team to go back to get the spots that were missed. After the team left I ended up finding many more spots that were missed as shown in the attached photos. The next day I even took a wet paper towel to wipe the floors in our kitchen. It's the highest traffic area in our house as we are always cooking. Reyari did offer to come back to fix everything. Once I saw the state of how the initial cleaning came out I didn't think a second time would be worth it at all. The attention to detail wasn't there and that's what I would want in a deep clean. I was looking for a regular cleaner and I was excited initially due to the great communication at the start. Overall I feel like due to their lateness it resulted in a bad quality cleaning. I'm giving them one star only due to the constant communication and willingness to work through it. I unfortunately wouldn't book with them again.
