Rich and silky, with a perfect layer of foam. For my breakfast entree, I ordered steak and eggs, medium and sunny side. Interesting name for a restaurant. First thing that comes to mind is the Russian KGB, or Russian Police. Not true KGB = Kitchen Garden Cafe, and it lives up to its name. I had the Portuguese Steak, which was very good. Wife had a fish dish which is unusual for her. The owner was going from table to table and spent quite a bit of time with us, explaining the name and history of the restaurant. It turns out they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We really enjoyed it and almost went back for breakfast one day but just didn't have the time. Just a note, it's local in a retail strip center and could be deceiving but believe me it's worth a second look. I know you'll enjoy it, and of course the food.
