The staff…read moreare friendly, helpful and I find the in-store assembly experience to be fun and straightforward. It was also nice to see a small business adapt so well during the pandemic and take customer safety and convenience so seriously..offering the service of assembling for us when we weren't comfortable being in-store or delivery were nice touches, and they really worked hard to still offer a variety of tasty meals amid country-wide supply-chain shortages. Some of my favorites have been the mini meatloaves, chicken pot pie puffs, and tacos. When you're tired at the end of the workday and have a family to feed, it's a relief to have delicious meals like these ready to be cooked in a short amount of time.

I am an "Executive Chef" with Dream Dinners, and I have spent well over $20,000 at Dream Dinners over the years. The original owners sold to the present owner, Amy, a few years ago, and since then the business has gone down hill. We have had issues with the quality of the food, the assembly of the meals (haphazardly with missing ingredients), items constantly out of stock, and worst of all the new owner is rude, unpleasant, and does not care about the business. Her customer service skills are seriously lacking, and she does not want to hear any constructive feedback about her business. I responded to an e-mail today asking me to switch my scheduled appointment to make my meals in person (for the first since Covid) to an evening, (when I work). I told her that I could not make an evening appointment, and maybe the reason that Friday morning was so busy was because that she did not have enough in person spaces (she said they are very crowded on Friday morning). I also expressed my concerns about the haphazard way the meals have been assembled for the past 2.5 years (this is not the first time I have pointed this out to her staff) and she canceled my order! I had previously told her that I was moving, and this would be my last visit. She just cut off her nose to spite her face (and she lost a $500 plus order). What a jerk! What an unpleasant, short sighted, nasty woman! Good luck running your business into the ground!

Ah, well, it's a place where a small number of food related businesses share a certified kitchen space in a way that is both noninvasive to the separate businesses and supports and monetizes the space. Yup. Pretty awesome. A shared use food making space like Kitchen inc is such a recent idea that it is all still under construction, both in the physical space, and in the system structure. There is a sore need for kitchens that can be used by small food businesses, like caterers, or jam makers, or bakers. Sadly, there are few kitchens, and Kitchen Inc is the first and only of its kind in the area. My hope is that suddenly lots of people with money are going to realize that it is not impossible to build a shared use space and someone will build one for gluten free bakers, and one for raw food, and one for vegans and one for butchers and so on. Right now there is space at Kitchen inc only for occasional users. If you are looking for a place to cook and throw a party, or conduct a class, definitely get in touch through the website. Hooray for shared use kitchens!! Hip hip hoorah!

The concept is great. All the needed ingredients to have a great meal with minimal prep/cook time…read more The prices are higher than getting the ingredients from the store but you are paying for the convenience. We got 6 meals, 3 servings each. Meal 1: crispy French onion chicken. For someone who does not like French onion or onions it was very tasty. It was not overbearing. Simple to make but the directions were a bit confusing. Meal 2: sage crusted pork chops. Prep time was a breeze. Meal was ok. Nothing to write home about. Meal 3: baked potato chicken. Prep was easy but the pan size was too small. The chicken was tasty but potatoes were on the bland side. Meal 4: chicken yakitori over jasmine rice. Delicious. I did not prepare it so no idea how long it took. Not a big fan of the look and Asian food but and would have never ordered it out but nice meal. Extremely tasty. Meal 5: toasted pecan chicken with mashed potatoes. Potatoes were instant and not good. The directions were confusing. I am not a fan on nuts on meat and I really was not here either. It was ok but nothing great. I placed most of them on hubby's chicken. He on the other hand could not get enough of it. He loved the meal. Meal 6: chateau chicken with almond butter sauce. Exact same review as meal number 5. Meal 7: monte cristo chicken. Wonderful. Very tasty. Easy to prepare. Overall the price was about $4.50 per serving. Servings come in either 3 or 6. I would have like a better variety of food but only had a limited selection that the entire family would like.
