I waited for 1 hr to dry it and it still clumped with finger prints the way it did. I have paid less for much better. Do NOT get any non-gel here. They do a rushed, bad job and don't fix it even after feedback. I think the technicians are bad with non-dip gel, as dip gel with designs look fine. They did an amazing job for my friend. Please do better for other services.
