They were able to take us in on a holiday weekend for a pedicure and a manicure. First impression, the spot only has 2 people working while we were there. I wanted to add on an extra manicure when I get there but I saw it was only 2 people so I ended up only do pedicure. The 2 person greeted us nicely and were able to accommodate my friend's design request. They worked through a bit rush for her and for mine they messed up on the color. I think the lady was helping me couldn't hear/understand me well even I showed her a picture and we followed the exact design for my pedicure. Overall 3.5 stars for first time trying since my design wasn't hard to do at all and I didn't want to asked her to redo bc her next appointment arrived. Excluding from the messed up color, she did a good job on the pedicure itself. The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes. I've been trying a lot of salons and tbh I expected maybe a but too much? :( read more

My cousin recommended we go to this place since she had gone before. I truly enjoyed my experience and definitely felt pampered (which made it easy to remember the name of the place). The location has a parking lot but it's off a busy street so it's hard for people to notice while driving by. They really take their time with each customer. Making sure you're happy at each stage and making sure the work is done right! They don't skimp out on "fixing" a mistake. They just start over to make sure it's done right. I rarely go to salons so I want to find one I can get consistent quality work. When I do go, I typically get a basic pedicure and gel manicure and it takes about 45 min. This place took 2 hours making sure everything was done right without rushing for another customer. I chose the option for 10 min massage and paraffin wax, and it came with some oil/hot towel wraps as well. Everyone was super nice and the ambiance was calming with top 40 songs. Fara has been my nail girl for almost a year now so it's about time I wrote a review - she is the best! She is super detail oriented and will get your nails so right when it comes to shape and design. She has redone a design on a single nail multiple times just because it didn't come out as she would have liked, and she has also been so great about getting me in if a nail broke (I can be very hard on my nails, definitely not a reflection of her quality of work). The ambiance of the studio is very cozy and chill. It's nicely decorated with seasonal decorations like Xmas trees and ornaments (so cute). I was truly impressed with Bella, my nail tech. Bella listened to what I was looking to get and made suggestions based on what she heard me talk about- she asked questions when needed and wasn't pushy at all.
