So happy that I found Sophia and Dream Lash Studio it has been 4 years since my last Microblading and my eyebrows were extremely faded but Sophia to the rescue... she was very professional and did beautiful work. HORRIBLE! The first time I came here (a few months ago), I went to Asia. Not only were my lashes falling out immediately after getting them done but she was asking me questions like "oh you're a veteran?" , "let me know when we can get married so I can get benefits." .... i decided to give them another chance but called and specifically said I wanted someone different. They booked me with Jenny. When I arrived, the girl at the front said "oh I'm sorry, they switched you to Asia so the schedule could work for them" and after I reiterated I didn't want asia, the girl at the front said there was nothing they could do and i would just have to see Asia I left. Got a call from Jenny apologizing and asking me to come back. It was cool... she referred me to Sophia for the next time because my lashes are super curly. Sophia started okay.. but the last time I went to her, she was eating chocolate while doing my lashes. It got to the point where I had to ask her if she could stop. I'm not the kind of person that likes those ASMR sounds so hearing her constantly chewing while over my head was irritating to say the least. Today, I showed a pic of what I wanted and she said she could TRY. It was a simple wispy lash FILL (emphasis on a fill). It started off okay until Sophia starting mushing something around in her mouth again . My appointment was at 1145 - I didn't leave until almost 2 hours later just for my lashes to look nothing like the picture. They don't look bad but they are not what I asked for. I only gave them two stars because they are always able to accommodate any last minute time changes I've ever had to make. Definitely won't be back though

Wow I was absolutely blown away by the amazing results of my micro blading "3D embroidery." I had considered getting micro blading for years and as someone with very light, blonde brows I should have done it long ago. I never have to spend even one second on my brows when I do my makeup. I wake up and they look perfect. The technician took lots of time to ensure the shape and color was perfect to my liking before she began and I really appreciate her attention to detail and how she listened to my requests. Not to mention she was just adorable and super friendly and informative about everything. The process was very painful, yes but she made it as quick as possible and I would do it 1000x over if it meant having these brows. I would highly recommend anyone to have microblading done here.

I gave this place a try after purchasing the Group-On coupon for a full lash extension with refill. I called Dream Lash Studio to book an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. Dream Lash Studio is one of the places that asks for your credit card/debit card number to hold in case you do not show up or run late. I do not know the amount of charge or number of minutes before you are counted late. Most likely 15 minutes after your appointment time. Appointments run from 10 AM to 5 PM. My first visit here was the last appointment on this one day, but the this one client for a 4:30 PM appointment was still waiting in the lobby. I arrived at 4:55 PM for my appointment, and I wasn't acknowledged by the male technician. He arrived to the counter and informed sorry about the tardiness and handed a new patient form to the other client. I know there are at least three eyelash technicians at this facility, but the fact he didn't acknowledge me or hand me a form to speed up the process was not a check in my book. My eyelash technician was an older lady who finished with her previous client at 5:15 PM, who happened to inform me that the male technician did not tell her that I arrived. I quickly filled out the new patient form and walked in the back. The layout of this place is simple. There are two beds per open room, so the two technicians share a room with a thin curtain between the beds. For new eyelash extension application, the appointment says 2 hours but usually is 1 hour to 1.5 hours from past experience. My lady seemed experienced because she finished my set closer to an hour -- before the other technician who probably started 20 minutes prior. The glue can burn during the process, so ask for the small fan when it burns. I never had a bad experience thus far. My second time here was for a refill with a different technician, who was younger. I really liked her, for she carefully listened to what I was wanting. She probably finished the refill set within 40 minutes. I scheduled a return refill for 2 weeks with her, which costs $56. I believe refill for 3 weeks is around $80. Standard rules after eyelash extension application: -Do not get your lashes wet within the next 6 hours. The hours change from each technician or eyelash studio. A friend even informed she was told within the next 24 hours, which is a little ridiculous in my opinion. 6 hours worked fine for me. -Gently brush with a spoolie brush after your showers or when wet. -Use makeup remover oil-free to remove makeup. Oil tends to weaken the lash extensions. -Better care means longer stay for the most part. The other little part depends on how well the lash is applied by technician.

I'm a planner. I like to research and make sure I'm making the right decision. And Microblading was the right fit for me, I literally had almost no eyebrows from decades of over plucking, it was the 90's y'all, lol. I decided it was time and my research led me here, lucky for me it is 8 minutes from my home, but if they weren't close I would still go here. They were super nice, patient and precise. I needed precise because I'm an artist and unfortunately, at times, a perfectionist and I look at my face everyday. I'm sure you've read about the procedure so I'll spare you the details. I don't have a high threshold for pain so it hurt. But it is worth it!!! I HAVE PERFECT EYEBROWS now, and I'm so happy! I followed the recommended advice for care and did my follow up for touch ups that was included in the price. The only thing I regret is waiting so long to do it.

I got my lashes done ($89 special for new customers) with Diana and it looks amazing. I got the natural set and the lashes look so great. They look natural but still makes an impact. I like these lashes better than the previous place that I went to (Lashes by Ann) because the lashes here taper off towards the ends, making them look more realistic and seamless. I'd definitely recommend Dream Lash Studio! Note: unlike my previous place that I went to, Dream Lash does not give you a free spoolie to brush out your lashes - they sell them for $3.

Got microblading done here and absolutely love my eyebrows now! My eyebrows are more full. And it looks natural. Everyone there is extremely nice. Microblading does hurt a bit so be prepared for that. If you've ever had a tattoo, kinda similar pain. They do use numbing cream though and it helps.

I decided to give this studio a try. While the location is certainly much more convenient for me, I'm going to stick to my salon on montrose. The prices were much higher here, the session was twice as long and my lashes weren't nearly as full as I asked for (even after paying an extra fee of some sort for the style/length/fullness I wanted). I was really hoping that this would work well for me since it's a nearly half hour drive to my regular salon, but I think in the end it's worth it for me. I know a lot of, if not most, people have had a much better experience based on the reviews here. That's another reason I wanted to give it a shot. read more

I got my lashes done for the very first time and I had an amazing experience with Sophia! Before my visit, I was a little nervous about getting my lashes done and having them look too "un-natural" but Sophia did amazing and got them looking just like I wanted. I can not wait to go back and get them done. I loved this place so much that I brought my mother to get her eyebrows micro bladed (by Sophia as well) They look AMAZING! Fatima and Jenny are your girls when you go to this place here. I went in to get my lashes done for the wedding in December and she knew exactly what to give me so they would last 3 weeks. Just trust Jenny! She's sone such a wonderful job on me. The lashes are light in weight, the glue is the precise amount, i was asked so many questions about my care regimen and habits, what i wanted and my fears.... she's just the greatest!! I was recommended to Dream Lash Studio by a friend for lashes extensions. Jenny did the original set and I loved them. I have seen other techs for my refills and everyone did a great job! The reason for my review is the micro blading of my eyebrows. Jenny actually did my eyebrows as well and I love them! Jenny went through the process without leaving any questions unanswered.Jenny was extremely patient, answered all of my questions and made me feel more comfortable with the process. I was really nervous because I didn't want the results come out looking like a clown. Jenny matched my complexion, my hair color and my desire for my eyebrows to look extremely natural. I really don't know why I hesitated as long as I did. I would recommend Jenny to anyone that is interested in getting micro blading. read more

I've been coming to dream lash for a couple of years now and have had several of the employees do my lashes and they all do a great job. They do consistent work and my lashes always look on point. I get the volume lashes refilled every 2 -3 weeks depending on my natural lash cycle. I highly recommend this place, they don't make you get a membership and you can pay as you go! They also do eyebrows here too, ombré and microblading. read more

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Sophia recently and all I can say is that she is the "best"! Not only was she so nice and professional but she was so patient with me, since I am a bit of a baby about pain. She is a perfectionist and it really shows in her work; my brows came out perfect and so unbelievably real looking. You can't even tell that I had no brows. I was so happy that I had her give me lash extensions too and once again she did not disappoint. This is my third studio. The best experience, lashes feel natural to the maximum. De'Angelo did a magical job with my lashes! It was easy to make an appointment. No waiting time. Great recommendations for before and after. Construction on Memorial makes it a little confusing to get in to the parking lot, but nothing crazy :D read more

I have been going to dream lash Studio for over 2 years now! Let me just say I've moved around the Huston area several times and have tried other places, and hands down this one is the best! From the customer service to the excellent job all the technicians do! Jenny, D'Angelo, and Sophia are all amazing! They are such perfectionist. I have never experienced any issues with my lashes. De'Angelo is by far the best . I have been with almost all the lash techs at Dream lash studios and they're all great BUT De'Angelo is my first choice. De'Angelo is super clean, extremely gentle and I can feel how careful and methodical he is when doing my lashes. I absolutely love him and recommend him :) I have been his client for almost 2 years and I've never had an eye infection, pain or anyy negative lash experience with him( I've had all of these with other techs in the past) Also can I just say that everyone in this place is so kind. Speciallyy the girls in the front desk they're always so happy and sweet. I live kinda far from this place and I i drive because I like the way I'm treated and I would honestly not trust my lashes to anyone other than De'Angelo . read more

I absolutely love this lash studio. I had never done my lashes before but I've already been back for 2 refills. My lash tech is Sophia and she is wonderful! She is very gentle and knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't want my lashes to look fake and I must say that Sophia did the perfect job in achieving the look I wanted. Love this place! The only con is that it can get pretty pricey. $50+ for a two week refill seems a bit much after a few times. read more

I am so happy! I chose Dream Lash Studio after reading all their great reviews. I'm usually a pansy about who I let touch my face but Jenny (the woman who installed my lashes today) took care of my lashes AND my brows! She is the sweetest person on the planet and is insanely gentle. I could hardly feel her working on my eyes so I got a pretty solid nap in. Lashes came out amazing. I visited Dream Lash Studio for the first time yesterday and got a lash lift and tint. My lashes are naturally pretty long but don't have a ton of natural curl without mascara. I've had a love/hate relationship with extensions since they do give you instant gratification but totally ruin my natural lashes. A lash lift is the best of both worlds!! The before picture isn't the best angle but you can still see a major difference! Sophia did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. I'm excited to see how long this treatment holds up. I'll be back for eyebrow microblading I'm sure. Would totally recommend! read more

Word that describes my experience: Amazing!!Came with lashes from another studio and I can not express how ugly and clumpy they were. Jenny patiently took off the few a had left and replaced with completely new ones.When I saw the final look I was just simply amazed!! Asia has been doing my lashes going on 3 months and I couldn't be happier. I have been getting my lashes done now for over 10 years and her work is far superior than any of the prior people that I have seen. My lashes are always full and stay on between fills. I used to have issues between visits with the last person that was doing my lashes, but those issues are a thing of the past. People are always commenting on how full and pretty my lashes are. I surprised my fiancé with a lash session at Dream Lash and she absolutely loved it! She shows it off to all of her girlfriends and has received numerous compliments. It took roughly an hour and a half which isn't as bad as to what I've had to sit through before. The entire staff here is extremely professional and great but however, I do want to single out the stylist that worked on my fiancé. Sam was definitely something else. Charismatic and gentle are the two best words to describe her. She was thorough with the whole procedure. She explained how to take care of the extensions and made sure that we left with all questions answered. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone. The cleanliness of this place allowed my fiancé to be comfortable with the idea of laying on their bed for that duration. The music was soothing and at one point, I'm sure I even heard my fiancé snore. Haha! Fellas, take your ladies to this place. Trust me. You'll both leave happy and remember that a happy wife makes a happy life. read more

I have been a member of club orange for YEARS and been coming to this location forever; I've only…read morebeen to another location once. About a year ago this location was bought by a new owner and they started making changes. It's taken about a year, and I'm finally over it and making my final decision and reviewing. First issue, when the new owner came around she let go many of the seasoned employees and all of the waxers that I was familiar with were replaced or left. Most of the new staff were friendly (some had major attitude issues) but it was hard to find someone I really liked (gotta feel pretty comfortable with someone in order for them to be touching around in my private areas). Just recently after a year of trying to find a good provider, it seems there has been another mass exodus of employees and everyone is new again. New isn't bad, but inexperience is. I've now seen 4 different girls and all of their wax techniques are different. Some use HUGE strips and some you can tell are rushing. Every time I leave, I'm in throbbing pain and the area that was waxed is very tender. This is not something that use to happen in the past. But now, this past year under new ownership, I don't think I've left feeling 100% satisfied about a wax once. Secondly, it seems that they are cutting costs and corners in some of the most ridiculous places. They switched the pre-wax wipes to these garbage wipes that are so flimsy they rip when you try to use them. The draping paper towels they use are smaller and more see through as well. It's little things that once you've been coming to a business for years, you notice when they change, and especially when they change for the worse. Lastly, three times in a row now when I arrive for my appointment during business hours, the front door is locked and no one is at the front desk to notice to open the door for me. I have to call the number and ask to be let in. This location is not in a sketchy part of town and there is absolutely no reason for the front door of an establishment to be locked during business hours. If you want to have the front door locked, then there should be a team member at the front ready to open the door at all times. Customer should not have to stand outside and wait to be let in after they call. I am not planning on canceling my membership, but I might try out a different location that's not owned by this person. I use to love Waxing the City and would rave about how great the membership was. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone now.

Fatima called me and was very professional and kind and booked me! Still a little nervous as I waited for my tech I was again lucky and was assigned Asia! The lashes made my eyes looked much bigger and very natural looking. I did not feel like there were anything added on at all. I got lots of compliments and everyone noticed right away. The studio had nice setting and very comfortable to settle in. If you live on the Gulf Coast, it's a well known fact that Houston is the best and closest city to get cosmetic work done. (Not even New Orleans have skilled eyelash estheticians) Not only is the competition fierce, the schools are top in the country, making it one of the best and most affordable. I was scheduled the day after calling for a 12:30pm. I came early at 11:30 and she was able to get me in around noon. The process took about an hour and 45 mins and I am in loveeeee with the results. Jenny did an AMAZING job with my microblading procedure. She's very thorough, making sure everything is shaped just right, and gentle. I was so worried that the procedure might be too painful but they use numbing cream and it hardly feels like anything.
