DO NOT USE! Zero stars if I could. I thought we found a good solution for party buses for a client's party, but Nick was awful to work with and did not deliver on the day. He also made us pay in full so there's no way to even get reimbursed for HIS MISTAKE AND TERRIBLE WORK ETHIC. We hired two buses and the second bus was almost two hours late. It was late because he booked him on another job in the Hamptons ending at 6pm. Our call time was 7 PM upstate New York two hours from NYC. No way he could've ever made that. Our client's friend who had a school bus had to step in and transport guests. Both drivers said they do not like working for Nick and didn't even have our contact info to keep us informed. We called, texted and emailed Nick repeatedly on the day and days after to discuss this with no response. I should've trusted other negative reviews. This company will take your money via Zelle, cancel your ride, and then not refund the money. The owner, Nick, reserved a ride for me and then a day before said he can not complete the service because he wanted to raise the price for the service. I asked him to refund the money; however, he did not refund the $600 even after agreeing that we will. Now he doesn't answer my calls. I will not recommend anyone booking a ride with them unless you want to lose your deposit and not get service. On top, the owner, Nick, uses profanity while talking on the phone. read more

BEWARE! We reserved and paid in advance for two 25 passenger busses to take guests from one location to another for a party. They were supposed to arrive at 7pm, where over 200 guests would be using the 2 busses to come back and forth throughout the night. Arrival time on contract: 7pm. Bus #1 arrived at 7:40pm. Bus #2 arrived at 9:15pm. From the hours of 7pm until 8:48pm when I gave up, Nick the owner did not answer one of my phone calls and only replied to a handful of my texts and he was not helpful in getting any updates for me. The drivers themselves, once arrived were wonderful - but dealing with Nick was very frustrating in the moment when I had 200 guests waiting for 1 bus to take trips back and forth. It took forever. Come to find out - the 2nd bus driver that arrived 2 hours late would have never been able to arrive on time because he was at another job that didn't end until 7pm, which was 2 hours away from where our event was. So Nick knowingly didn't have the vehicle that he said he did and he is now not answering our call or texts and we already paid in full. Such a terrible way of running a business and led to a very terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I wish I could give ZERO STARS! read more

This place is a total scam. They make you pay half before (through Venmo). After, they change what you agreed on and it's just too bad - unless you want to lose that money. Also their drivers are terrible. Guy got lost twice. Going to the entirely wrong places twice. Even though the stops (business names and addresses) were provided well ahead of the day. I am sad to see that this company received such negative reviews in the past. We had a very positive experience with this company. Our driver's name was Roger...he is what made the day so special. He was caring, explained the route he was taking, brought us a fabulous clean party bus. He was very respectful, and showed up early. The reason I am not giving 5 starts is because I felt that the communication could have been a bit better with the owner nick. He wasn't always reachable when I wrote to confirm the morning of, and that made me nervous. I think he just needs to be clear about when payments are due, where to pay them etc. He apologized for not being in touch the morning of, everything else went off without a glitch! read more

We used Dream Limo yesterday November 20th, 2021 and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. We originally chose a Limo bus for 20 teens for a sweet to 16 NYC and they were nice enough to upgrade us to a standing room Hummer Limo for the same price (Thanks to Nick). It was amazing. The limo was clean and stocked with beverages and ice, the driver (Juliano) was punctual and extremely professional at every turn. BEWARE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Contracted with them for a classic Rolls Royce car for my wedding day. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, they were very difficult to get in touch with to confirm the details/timing. On the day of the wedding, they company showed up with a different vehicle than what we had reserved and DID NOT even give us a heads up or a courtesy call in advance to let us know there was a change. We were very disappointed as we paid a lot of money for the car service only to end up with a vehicle we weren't satisfied with. Additionally, the company seems to have different names (i.e. Dream Limo NY, Bronx Limo NY, Alverides, etc.), which seems sketchy and misleading. Our contract said Bronx Limo NY, but the driver who showed up on our wedding day, wasn't even familiar with that name. Although the pricing may seem reasonable, STAY AWAY! Overall, the service was very unprofessional and I am waiting on the owner Nick to do something to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, I am not counting on him to do anything about it. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The most unprofessional company and people I ever dealt with in my entire life. Used them for Prom and 2 hours before pick up the driver texted us stating there was a mandatory $500 tip. We have been in contact with them for over a month AND signed a contract and there was nothing said about a mandatory $500 tip. The driver threatened to no show and then went MIA for 45 minutes, not answering calls or texts. He finally showed up 30 minute after we were supposed to leave and was incredibly rude. Threw his hands in the air saying that "the trip is canceled" because we were still not giving him a $500 tip. Finally, we budged because it was 11:30pm and there were 50 people standing outside waiting to get on the bus. If there was a mandatory tip why wouldn't the company tell us it was $3,000 instead of $2,500. Rude, unprofessional, lowlife's. Will definitely be making some calls about them. read more

Used Westchester Limo this past weekend for a birthday excursion to NYC. WONDERFUL Company! Was pleased from the very beginning to the end of the event. I was able to get all the information I needed to schedule right over the phone, owner was very courteous and helpful. On the day of the event it snowed and I was concerned our trip was going to have to be cancelled but Westchester Limo not only made sure to get us there safe but even upgraded our limo service. When our driver arrived he was very nice, assisted all of us getting in the limo with the snow and showed us how to use everything for the best of our ride. Unprofessional, liars, breach of contract! Dream Limo was contracted for 6 hours to drive 17 kids to their prom and back. They are on top of you to sign a contract. Beyond that they could care less. Arrived late citing traffic. When I asked the driver a question about when he brings the kids home he replied..... "This is only a one way trip". To which I replied no it isn't and contacted the owner before they left. He told me he needed to switch the driver for the way home. He gave me that name and number. The kids wanted to come home a little earlier than when the event ended. The limo was not on the premises. Why not? We paid for services for 6 hours. The kids should have been able to leave at anytime if they wanted. We were told they would be there by 10:45. That time comes and goes. I try to call the driver and the number didn't work. Driver finally contacts us saying he is in traffic (again). Doesn't arrive to the event until 11:30. Any attempts to contact the guy in charge have gone silent. All guests have left the event since it had ended. Our kids are left there. The driver takes the limo on a parkway which was against the law for the size and and type of vehicle it was. So... from beginning to end not a good experience. Buyer beware! read more
