Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

The same day I got the nails done, I started noticing the chrome wearing off. It has not even been a week and the nails look worn. The gold and pearl finishes are fading on every nail. For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this.

She was able to give me a price amount and reminded me to come to the right location. Right when I walked in I was greeted and seated up at a bar top. Unfortunately, I was super unsatisfied with what I received for the price I paid. The guy doing my nails was so so so kind and I could tell he was doing his absolute best, but unfortunately, my nails came out uneven and bubbles in the nails. I tried my best to explain hoping maybe he could fix it but unfortunately I left pretty unhappy with my French tip. I think the more he tried to fix it, the worse it got. Maybe I am just being picky. I was kind of sad due to how expensive it was, but I think this is just a place I would avoid for French tip. I'm sure regular polish is fine. The paraffin wax and hot stone massage was pretty cool and a nice touch I had never had before. Very clean inside the facility and pretty quiet as well.

I came in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I've…read morehad at a nail salon. During the manicure, the technician was extremely rough with my cuticles. Instead of properly softening them with cuticle cream or allowing them to soak long enough, she briefly dipped my fingers in water (which she dipped from my pedicure water) and then began cutting and pulling at dry skin. It was uncomfortable and did not seem like proper cuticle care. I became so concerned about how my cuticles were being treated that I asked her not to trim the cuticles on my second hand at all. Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.
